M&L for cleaning of all Condenser tubes of central AC plant by disconnecting the condenser from the system, cleaning by descaling pump of suitable capacity of 110 ft head using descaling solution of approved make or Hydrochloric acid 20%, cleaning the system through cooling tower(incl cooling tower) incl water pipe line complete by using descaling solution, cleaning condenser tubes by nylon brushes/ by descaling water pressure pump & mild steel rods of suitable size, renewal of suction water filter and all nozzels for the following AC Plants. (Note:- T&P such as pumps, tube etc & descaling solution nut bolts studs and welding work etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.) NOTE- Cleaning of all gate valves, Butterfly valves and gaskit etc by opening and reassembling at the same position for proper functioning of plants is also included in the above said work.

Opening of CT fan motor 3 HP capacity cutting the wornout winding, stripping out and cleaning the slots etc. Rewinding the CT motor 3 HP capacity with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge to match the existing copper wire of standard make conforming to IS specification including taping, varnishing, insulating and re-assembling the motor complete. Transporting back to site after complete repairs and reinstallation at existing location and electric connection and testing on full load for satisfactory performance all as directed.
