REPLACEMENT OF OLD & DAMAGED LT FEEDER PILLER (BRANCH DISTRIBUTION PANNEL) AND METER PANNEL BOX OF VARIOUS SECTORS IN AREA OF EUDSD-IV, NOIDA AS PER FOLLOWING :-

Supply of new L.T. Feeder Pillar (Branch Distribution Pannel) as per following specification with all relevant certificate :- 1) LT Feeder Pillar Box (Branch Distribution Pannel) shall be of 14 SWG HR sheet, having (2) doors, 1 in front and 1 doors on back side of 14 SWG HR sheet. Doors should have proper locking arrangements with providing crome locks of standard make. It should have a canopy on top in order to prevent it from water ingress in rains. The doors of box should be welded with robust quality hinges and PVC GaskEt with provision of 3 hinges on each door and handle on each door with PVC Gasket. The periphery of door of the LT Feeder Pillar Box (Branch Distribution Pannel) shall be provided with lining of rubber/ PVC to prevent entry of rain, insects, lizards, rats etc. so as to make it vermin proof. 2) The dimension of Feeder Pillar Box (Branch Distribution Pannel) 4(Height) X 2.5(Width) X 2(Depth) Feet (With Canopy). 3) 04 Nos. Bus Bar insulation coated fo size 600x75x10mm. made of aluminum for red, yellow, blue & neutral phases suitable for 400 Amp. 4) 01 No. MCCB of 400 Amp. of L&T / Havell’s / ABB make for disconnecting of Supply. 5) 24 Nos. KIT KAT Fuse of 415V, 400 Amp. each capacity tested as per IS shall be provided with 8 Nos. on each phase so as to cater to 8 Nos. 3 Phase connections of conusmer. 6) Aluminum crimping lugs of size 400 / 240 / 120 / 95 / 70Sq.mm. and proper size thimbles shall be provided for safe termination of incomer as well as individual service cable as per qty. requirement. 7) Bakelite sheet shall be provided on the base of channel meant for mounting the Kit Kats. 8) All nuts, bolts & washers used shall be electro galvanized. 9) The height of erected feeder pillar box (Branch Distribution Pannel) approx. 2 feet from the earth on powder coating base of angle iron size 40x40x5mm frame with 04 nos. legs of 3 feet each (1 feet grout of angle on earth bottam, 1.6 feet grout in plinth and 6 inch gap in pannel base and plinth) 10) Grouting & Plinth of Feeder Pillar Box (Branch Distribution Pannel) as per site requirement complete in all respects. 11) The panel case consisting of door and roof (canopy) shall be powder coated with chemical process (weather proof) of Off-white color (Or as per direction) both inside and outside. Before painting, the sun faces shall be thoroughly cleaned from dust, grease and rust. Ientification no. shall be written as per direction. 12) Sundry item.

Supply of new L.T. Meter Pannel Boxes (Three Phase) for 08 Nos. Meter as per following specification with all relevant certificate:- 1) Providing of new L.T. Meter Pannel Box of size 1800x1200 Sq.mm. + 400x600 Sq.mm. (as per drawing) made of MS sheet of 1.6 mm (+ 0.2 mm)/16 SWG thick which required into 4 columns contains & feeders as per drawings enclosed of size 450x450 Sq.mm. each for fixing the consumer's meters, 01 Nos. busbar chamber of size 900x300 Sq.mm. for fixing 04 Nos. Aluminium Bus Bar for R, Y, B &N in box & 450x300 Sq.mm. feeder for incoming MCCB 250 Amp. All 04 Nos. aluminum bus bars insulation coated fo size 1000x75x10mm. shall be provided R, Y, B & N by insulators. The metallic covers will have to be provided on each columns of the box. The side wall of box will have suitable holes for service cables. For fixing the meter pannel box, necessary arrangement by providing clamps, nut & bolts etc. are to be made. Wiring of meter pannel box has to 10mm copper wire & lugs. Complete meter pannel box (inside & outside) should be painted with one coat of red oxide primer then 02 coats of light grey enamel paint of reputed brand make. Before painting the sun faces shall be thoroughly cleaned from dust, grease of rust. Locking arrangement with 01 No. pad lock shall be provided on each cover of the Meter Pannel Box. Complete the work in all respect. 2) Meter Pannel Box mounting by MS Angel 40x40x5mm for Meter Pannel Box mounted on wall. 3) Incoming MCCB of 250 Amp. TP L&T / Havell’s / ABB make to be installed in Meter Pannel Box. 4) Fixing of Consumer's meters in Meter Pannel Box (08 Nos. three phase) in each box or as per site requirement) and reconnection of consumer's connections with the meters and cable reconnections with the Bus-bars. Complete the work in all respect.

Supply of new L.T. Meter Pannel Boxes (Three Phase) for 21 Nos. Meter as per following specification with all relevant certificate:- 1) Providing of new L.T. Meter Pannel Box of size 2450x1550 Sq.mm. + 450x500 Sq.mm. (as per drawing) made of MS sheet of 1.6 mm (+ 0.2 mm)/16 SWG thick which required into 4 columns contains & feeders as per drawings enclosed of size 450x450 Sq.mm. each for fixing the consumer's meters, 01 Nos. busbar chamber of size 900x300 Sq.mm. for fixing 04 Nos. Aluminium Bus Bar for R, Y, B &N in box & 450x300 Sq.mm. feeder for incoming MCCB 250 Amp. All 04 Nos. aluminum bus bars insulation coated fo size 1000x75x10mm. shall be provided R, Y, B & N by insulators. The metallic covers will have to be provided on each columns of the box. Supply of new L.T. Meter Pannel Boxes (Three Phase) for 31 Nos. Meter as per following specification with all relevant certificate:- 1) Providing of new L.T. Meter Pannel Box of size 3600x2200 Sq.mm. + 450x500 Sq.mm. (as per drawing) made of MS sheet of 1.6 mm (+ 0.2 mm)/16 SWG thick which required into 4 columns contains & feeders as per drawings enclosed of size 450x450 Sq.mm. each for fixing the consumer's meters, 01 Nos. busbar chamber of size 900x300 Sq.mm. for fixing 04 Nos. Aluminium Bus Bar for R, Y, B &N in box & 450x300 Sq.mm. feeder for incoming MCCB 250 Amp. All 04 Nos. aluminum bus bars insulation coated fo size 1000x75x10mm. shall be provided R, Y, B & N by insulators. The metallic covers will have to be provided on each columns of the box. Complete the work in all respect.

Disconncetion of all Consumer connection from pannel as per requirement.

Reconncetion of all Consumer connection from pannel after replacement as per requirement.

Installation of above new L.T. Feeder Pillar (Branch Distribution Pannel) & Meter Pannel Box in place of damaged L.T. Feeder Pillar (Branch Distribution Pannel) & Meter Pannel Box with grouting, plinth and required items complete in all respect.

Dismantling of damaged OLD Pannel Box from earth on work site.

Carriage of above dismantled Pannel from works site to JE store / central store & proper stacking with loading & unloading.

PROVIDING AND INSTALLATION OF CHEMICAL EARTHING FOR ABOVE NEW L.T. FEEDER PILLAR (BRANCH DISTRIBUTION PANNEL) AND METER PANNNEL BOX (WITH ALL MATERIAL AND LABOUR) AFTER INSTALLATION RESISTANCE SHOULD BE LESS THAN ONE OHM. AS PER FOLLOWING (The all material and labour shall be provided by the contractor with 12 month guarantee for resistance value less than one OHM.) :-

Providing of earth elctrode for chemical earthing Pipe in pipe type proper hot deep galvanization dia 50 mm length 3 mtr - 32mm x 6mm terminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the pipe & pipe is filled with conductive mixture - for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystalline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the elctrode should be galavanized the characteristics of this compound is highly cnductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.I. Including providing of backfill compound each elctrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested for above new L.T. Feeder Pillar (Branch Distribution Pannel) & Meter Pannel Box.

Providing and fixing of GI strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm suitable for above new L.T. Feeder Pillar (Branch Distribution Pannel) & Meter Pannel Box.

Providing and fixing of PVC Pit covers for above earthing electrode terminals.

Providing & fixing of Aluminium Crimping Lug of size 240/400/630 Sq.mm.
