M&L for preparing pavement joints by removal/ taking out of the existing sealant bituminous or any other compound to a depth as directed, by chiseling from joints, cleaning the joints portion thoroughly and grinding sides of joints with grinding machine to make the surface free from dust faces of bitumen or any other sealing compound without disturbing the pavement,then finally cleaning the joints with compressed air by air blower etc providing backup material ( Polypropylene backup rod) of suitable width 20 to 25% more width of joints as per available space in the pavement joints and also to maintain a depth (min 06 to 10mm) to accomodate joint sealant as specified and priming both side edges of the joint surface upto the top level of backup material with specified primer and apply Polyurethane base joints sealant properly leaving 3mm gap from top surface of concrete as per manufacture's instruction using masking tape to avoid accidental sppilage , size of joints 16 to 20mm wide and 70mm average depth complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fly wheel, Spatula, Trangular pallet knife etc to be used to maintain the recess and to give asthetics.

All as per above Item No 01 but Size of joint is 21mm to 25mm wide and 70mm average depth.

M&L for Taxi-Track Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with one coat of road marking paint, white/Black/Red/ Golden Yellow etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) New spare parts will be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of this Sch 'A'. (ii) Rate for necessary T&P like Telescopic boom lifter (Hydra machine) etc required to complete the work shall be deemed to included in quoted rate.

(a) Supply only Strings 05 mm dia SS 304 wire which holds bird proof net.

(b) Supply only SS 304 heavy duty pulley of M-25 to M-50 size at one metre interval length which helps to move/slide bird proof net as directed.

(c) Supply only SS 304 heavy duty pulley of M-100 to M-150 size at one metre interval length which helps to move/slide bird proof net as directed.

(d) Supply only Rope 10-15mm dia as per existing (First quality) for sliding bird proof net. Make : Garware/Tufrope

Taking down & Refixing & tightening of fixed portion bird proof net ( approx height 15-20 mtr) including tightening, welding & clamping etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) New spare parts will be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of this Sch 'A'. (ii) Rate for necessary T&P like Telescopic boom lifter (Hydra machine) etc required to complete the work shall be deemed to included in quoted rate.

M&L for preparing old treated/ painted steel and iron surfaces of any description (i.e. Truss, Openable door, Girder & all PEB Structures), not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (First quality), at height upto 20 mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All necessary arrangements like scaffolding, ladder, cradles, hydra machine etc will be procured by contractor for smooth execution and protective measures without any extra cost to department.

S&F Zinc plated SS 6mm Anti Cyclonic Roof washer U shaped connecting to existing sheets including removing existing washers from sheets complete all as specififed and directed.

S&F in repairs UV resistant Self adhesive bituminous tape of size 100mm wide and thickness of 1.5mm applied on leaks and cracks including scrapping on existing surface by steel scrapper/patti to remove rusting portion on galvanized/ asbestos sheet, concrete roofs, boats, frames and sky light, parapets, glass and plastic surfaces etc. Tape is self-adhesive, pressure-sensitive, UV resistant bituminous tape protected by aluminum-film and reinforced with polyester film bonds to form an instant, permanent and water-tight seal including necessary scaffolding at any height as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for wire netting of galvanised steel wire of 1.40 mm dia & of mess size 25mmx25mm fixed with tinned tack of wire staples and SKYWEB type protection made out of weld mesh so as to ensure "No Bird Nesting" takes place inside the hanger (approx upto 20 mtr height) including taking down of existing damaged bird proof if any complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All necessary arrangements like scaffolding, ladder, cradles, hydra machine etc will be procured by contractor for smooth execution and protective measures without any extra cost to department.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wall and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper on walls including necessary scaffolding as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coat of Oil bound distemper over one coat alkali resistant primer paint over and including a coat of plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including necessary scaffolding as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old surfcaes of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old road surfaces and applying road marking paint 2 to 2.5mm thickness (white), bead not exceeding 10cm/15cm with retro reflective hot thermoplastic road marking paint confirming to BS 3262: Part-I 1989 with 20% glass width (Inter mixed) spread and laid by automatic machanical machine Engine drive as in centre line, side line road marking of 150/100 mm width using HOT Mark by indegeneous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including ingrdients such as blinders, glass bends titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter filler, thermoplastic requirement for glass bends shall be the table No 45:800.4 of MOST specifications including sparaying of glass etc all as manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Road safety Convex mirror of 800mm dia, Adjustable type and polycarbonate body mounted on 2.5m long SS pole of 50mm nominal bore with adjustable nuts and bolts for installation, embbeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including excavation complete all as specified and directed. S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm Dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls at any height including scaffolding as required at site, taking down old unserviceable PVC (SWR) pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F movable type anti bird HDPE nylon net 1.50 mm thick x 25mm aperature as required at site condition for hangar, HDPE nylon net must be anti shrinking, UV stabilised light weight, weather proof and UV protection. Fixed portion of HDPE nylon net strain with existing bird proof net lower portion of movable HDPE nylon net providing minimum 2.00 Kg MS chain weight at every 2.0 mtr interval of length for no flying the net & this anti bird HDPE nylon net is manually operation (same as vertical blind curtain) for the purpose of opening and closing complete for hangar of maximum height upto door open 14.00mtr including all necessary fitting/builder hardware MMMA hangar size 45x14 mtr, 20x06mtr & DOR hangar size 40x7 mtr, 20x6 mtr as per manufacturers instruction including taking down any type of old bird proof net from existing site complete all as specified and directed.
