12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 cement & approved coarse sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar (SL.NO 586)

M-150 brick in 1:4 cement and sand of 1.25 fineness modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants, etc. required for proper completion of the work.as per Sl.No. (305).

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in lintels/band of door and windows excluding s/o reinforcement and its bending the same with 24 BWG binding wire and necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including s/o all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.as per Sl.No. (289)

4 cm thick 1:2:4 plain CC Floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 20 mm graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm flooring coat of neat cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over & excluding 8 cm thick base concrete.(as per SI No. 600)
