Supplying and applying an elastic liquid, crack bridging 2 pack acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating system conforming to IS 2625,IS 101 and ASTM D 2370 in two coats in the Toilet portions. The surface should be dampen immediately ahead of the compound application. Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation a first coat of the waterproofing primer is applied then followed by a single coat of the waterproofing compound and leave to harden for 2-6 hrs.After the application of the first layer of the coating another fabric coating is spread over it, which is again followed by a final & top coat of the water proofing compound. Proper curing must be done after application of the waterproofing system for a minimum of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking. Generally 0.7 kg and 1.5 kg of the compound is used to cover one square meter of area in the first coat and second coat respectively..The cost is inclusive of materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing , sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing & Installing external cladding using fibre cement plank manufactured by wet recessed autoclaved technology uncolored plank teak texture (External Grade) thickness 8mm and dimension 150mmX3000mm. The Fibre cement plank should be of minimum density 1300kg/ m3 (±50) and comply to ASTM C 1185 and ISO 8336 part (E) for confirming durability properties and BS 476 – part 5, 6 & 7, Thermal conductivity should be minimum 0.15 W/m˚K and PH value should be in the range of 7 – 8. ).Depending on height of structure planks to be fixed using Aluminum frame section of 50mm x 25mm of suitable gauge (within1mm thick) with minimum spacing 450mm to 600mm or as per direction of Engineer In charge. Uncolored teak planks to be fixed using screws of Tensile strength 34N and Shear strength 68N on framing. Screw heads are covered with acrylic putty of the next plank giving uniform natural groove/over lap(as per approved drawing ). All plank to plank joints to be staggered & finished with one coat of cement based primer on all side, with 2 coats of water based acrylic paint of approved shade.

Supply, Installation of Structural Glazing with 6mm thick reflective toughened glass ST 467 of approved make as per elevation drawings & detailed technical specification enclosed using heavy duty aluminium extruded built up profiles.The rates shall be inclusive of all cost of materials,labour,T&P etc. complete in all respect as per the shop drawing submitted by contractor and approved by EIC. but exclusive of spandrel insulation & smoke seal which shall be paid for separately.

The whole assembly shall be fixed to aluminium framework by Stainless Steel screws of M 8 x 25 and the periphery gap between the Powder coated GI sheet frame & aluminium frame work shall be sealed by weather silicone sealant of approved make.etc complete in all respect as per the shop drawing submitted by contractor and approved by EIC.

PLAIN GYPSUM CEILINGWITH ST 50 :- Providing and fixing Gypsum board Ceiling - 12.5mm th. single layer gypsum board fixed on suspended G.I. tubular channels as per manufacturers' specifications, including jointing, finishing with gypsum compound, jointing tape and top coat. The surface shall be duly sanded and finished. Rate shall include vertical faces of ceilings including pelmet andshall include cost of marking as/ reflected ceiling plan and making all the necessary cutouts for lights, grills,diffusers etc. The rate shall also include providing perimeter channel for grills, lights, diffusers as called for in HVAC and Electrical Drawings.The rate shall also include providing for edge/ angle bits at all corners, necessary taping, filling with jointing compound as per manufacturers specifications. The rate shall be exclusive of trap door which shall be paid for separately. including all cost of materials , labour, overheads T & P etc., complete.

RECEPTION BACK DROP :-Providing and fixing of 75-150 thick parttition with vinyl sheet / corian / sand stone /19 MM TH Onyx as a backdrop for the Reception. The structure shall be made of 19 mm th bwp ply members 55mmx 40mm and then over it 6mm bwp ply shall be fixed and then the corian shall be fixed to the partitions. The joints shall be finished with silicon adhesive to match withe the shade of the corian. as per the detail design and specifications and inclusive of all cost of labour, materials, T&P etc complete as per the directions of the EIC/Architect.

CONSOLE / display unit :- Providing, fitting and fixing the console /display unit made of 19mm BW p ply and finished with 1mm thick texture / suede laminate , 12 mm th glass shelf whever necessary and the exposed edges& wooden surface are to be finished with wooden lipping and finshed with automative paints/polish with melamine finish as per approved design and specifications including cost of all materials, labour, hardware if any etc. complete as per the detail design & directions of the EIC.

LOW HEIGHT STORAGE 450 width :-Providin & supplying LOW HEIGHT STORAGE made out of19 mm thick bwp ply , 6 mm th bwp ply at out side & laminated with 1 .0 mm th sued/TEXTURE laminate on out side & 0.8 mm th laminate at in side , the exposed wooden surface polished with mellamine or painted with automotive paint with central locking, shutters with autoclosing hinges and handles. TRAP DOOR :- Providing and fixing trap doors for access to the areas above false ceiling. The trap door shall have an external frame made of 50mm x 50 mm in good quality seasoned wood scantling on which the shutter is hinged. Shutter shall be made of 12mm thk bwp ply and finished with 1.0mm thick laminate externally and automotive paint internally.Concealed heavy duty hinges shall be used to mount the shutters and locking shall be provided with panel locks. The shutter shall be moulded in level with the false ceiling forming a groove all around. Sufficient number of hinges and locks shall be provided to avoid sagging of the shutter. Key also shall be supplied for opening the shutter.No extra rate shall be provided for suspenders or frame works alround for linking the trap door to gypboard false ceiling. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge/Architect.

FIRE HYDRANT & WET RISER SYSTEM

Providing all materials, labour, T&P for laying of following dia M.S. heavy class pipes conforming to IS:1239/IS:3589 with ISI mark & required sizes of fitting like off set, bend, tee, reducer flange & flange joints etc. as per site condition including gas cutting by oxygen and acetelene gas flame, fitting and setting as per required size wherever necessary, jointing the pipes by electric welding confirming to IS specification and electrodes confirming to IS specification after 'V' grove cutting. Aligning the pipes inside the trenches including necessary excavation of earth work of required width & depth in all kinds of soil /rock and back filling or supporting/fixing the pipe on floor / wall /ceiling with clamps, hangers (using anchor fasteners) or angle iron, G.I. pipe sleeve of suitable higher size shall be provided wherever the pipes are crossing the walls/floors and sealing the sleeves with glass wool in between & fire sealent compound at either end all as per the approved specification including cutting holes and chases in brick/RCC wall/roof/chajja and making good the same to original condition. but excluding GST.

All hangers, clamps, brackets etc. shall be of galvanized iron unless specified otherwise and then supply of the same shall also be included. Painting 2 (two) or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of Post office red shade over a coat of primer for above ground level & painting 2 (two) or more coats with anticorrosive epoxy paint for below ground level. Prior to application of primer the surface should be cleaned for any dirt, rusts, rough substance etc. Including painting of legends both direction arrow as per the approved specification including testing & commissioning the system.The cost inclusive of hire and running charges of welding generator set & all taxes, duties, transportation, hire & running charges of machineries, POL, to & fro charges with all consumables for all floors etc. all complete as per specification & direction of EIC.
