Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls & chajja including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc in any type of building/structure including RCC over head tank of any height, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Rate for use of necessary scoffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc if required for execution of work shall be deemed included in the quoted rates and no extra amount will be paid to the contractor for the same).

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on vertical surfaces of brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions (WPC will be measured and paid separately) etc in any type of building/structure including RCC over head tank of any height, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Rate for use of necessary scoffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc if required for execution of work shall be deemed included in the quoted rates and no extra amount will be paid to the contractor for the same).

Supply only ISI marked approved liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, columns, beams etc and finishing with two coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint (100 % acrylic) applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer (acrylic base) applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm in camouflage pattern by using different tints of irregular shape on any type of building/structure including RCC over head tank of any height, complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Asian Paints Ltd (Apex Ultima Protek) or equivalent in Berger/Dulux/Nerolac/Shalimar Paints) (Note:- Rate for use of necessary scoffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc if required for execution of work shall be deemed included in the quoted rates and no extra amount will be paid to the contractor for the same).

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces of walls, chajjas, columns, beams etc and finishing with two coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint (100% acrylic) applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer (acrylic base) applied @ 2.20 kg/10 Sqm in camouflage pattern by using different tints of irregular shape in any type of building/structure including RCC over head tank of any height, complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described in camouflage pattern by using different tints of irregular shape in any type of building/structure including RCC over head tank of any height complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Rate for use of necessary scoffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc if required for execution of work shall be deemed included in the quoted rates and no extra amount will be paid to the contractor for the same).
