Labour charges for day to day operation of different capacity Mech/Elect machineries at machine shop i.e. Lathe, milling, shaper, power saw, bench vice, cylindrical grinder, bench grinder, etc including sweeping cleaning of workshop every day by engaging machine shop mechanics & helper as required and as directed by the EIC FROM 01-10-2026 to 30-09-2027

Repairing and maintenance of above machineries, starter, checking electrical connection and circuits of motor and panel, lubrication of above machineries including supplying of consumable items as and when required as per direction of EIC. FROM 01-12-2025 to 30-09-2026

N.B:- 1. Quoted rate should be inclusive of ESI, PF as per latest amendment and also comply with the Notification no.- 06/STAT/12RW/03/2023/LCS, dt. 02/04/2025 of the office the Labour Commissioner, Govt of W.B. & Reference Memo No- PHE/1095/O-5/16 (Pt) Dated- 22-05-2025 of the Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal 2. GST exempted related to Article 243G/243W of the Constitution of India and CGST Rate Notification No. 12/2017-Central Tax (Rate) and corresponding WBGST Rate Notification No. 1136-FT, both dated 28.06.2017, as amended from time to time. 3. The rates are exclusive of Cess.
