Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for PCC type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping all as specified and as directed all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for ornamental items for gates and pillars including welding/ drilling/ rivetted etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, steel gate, angle for Y frame including drilling holes, welding etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including preparation of new surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for one coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including preparation of old surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etcall as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L Brickwork with sub class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L 15 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint on concrete/ brick surface including preparation of newly plastered/ unplastered surfaces all as specified and directed all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for one coats of cement based paint on concrete/ brick surface including preparation of old plastered/ unplastered surfaces all as specified and directed all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for broken stone Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) 75mm thick all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in paving /hardstanding/road cutting including necessary use and waste of form work and finish surfaces with spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded metal whilst concrete is in green position all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 typeD-2,(40mm graded aggregate) as mass concreteall as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
