Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10 m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc completed complying with SS 20B. TNDSS No.23&24

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using country bricks of size 8¾"x4¼"x2¾" including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic exterior emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc, complete as per standard specification.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC M20 concrete using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supply and delivery of fixing of HDPE tank 1000 litres capacity as per IS 12701/1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing chargers as directed by officers.(Pg.89)

Supply and run of 2 of 4sqmm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V Grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG Cu wireand making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour (SD57)

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pump set in bore well / open well including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps up to the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, coltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lanps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pump set and trail run for 10 days.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.
