Construction work of 08 Unit Transit Hostel in Officer Colony in District Mathura

UPTO PLINTH LEVEL Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 mt. (100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-Incharges upto a distance of 30mt. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches. As per DSR No. 2.8.1

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc, complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313(PartII 1981) Alderine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptrachlor or Chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows : (1) Treatment for masonary & foundation 5 liters per sqm. (2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters/sqm (3) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters/sqm (4) Treatment of soil along external perimeter of building 7.5 liters/sqm. (5) Treatment of soil under apron along external perimter 5 liters/sqm. As per DSR No. 2.35.3

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors. As per DSR No. 4.1.8

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum As per DSR No.5.33.1.1

TMT FE-500 or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and and over lapping & hooks. As per DSR No. 5.22.6

M-150 brick work in one cement & six coarse sand 2.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per DSR No.6.1.2

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size). As per DSR No. 4.1

Painting on DPC or over roof slab one coat of air blown bitumen 60/70 or 80/100 grade @ one Kg/Sqm including cost of fuel wood other materials, labour T & P etc required for proper completion of work. As per DSR No. 4.13

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift. As per DSR No. 2.25A

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) plinth plaster. As per DSR No. 13.5.1
