Cleaning,grinding,buffing,joining,aligning,cutting,shifting etc of existing ductsThe job includes fitting and testing of same in the plenum of Ground floor of Burn ward after repairs are completed by Civil Engineering Department .The job further includes providing and fixing of fire retard insulation, iron supports,hooks,fasterns etc.All sundry items ,cutting gas,welding machine,bending machine,lubricants ,insulation tape etc are to be arranged by the Contractor

Providing, Fabrication, Installation, Testing and commissioning of GI Metal duct fitted with gaskets/flanges/hangers & supporters of sorts the duct shall be provided with appropriate inspection tools as per existing system. The job shall be involve the use of request GI sheeting & rubber insulation as per site requirement of the following sizes.:- GI sheet 0.8mm thick with fire retard nitrile rubber insulation 19mm thick for supply/return/exhaust ducting.

Providing, welding. Chamfering and fitting of M.S. “C” class Pipe (Confirming IS-1239 or equilent BIS code), specifications of the following size with allied jobs. The job includes cutting, welding, finishing, cleaning, providing of gaskets, nuts, bolts ,cleaning of site, excavation, backfilling, dumping of waste earth /material etc.The includes providing and fitting of iron supports,hookes,fasterners erc required at the site .

Providing and fitting of ball valves of following size.The job includes preparation of surface,cleaning of ends ,cutting, welding, threading , finishing etc

Providing and fitting butterfly valve (cast iron body) The job includes preparation of surface ,cleaning of ends, cutting, welding, threading, finishing etc

Providing,fixing and finishing of Insulation for Outdoors/ Indoors: Mikron (Mikasha International) 1000 gsm along with chicken mesh and followed by 26 gauge Aluminium cladding.The job includes grooving, providing and fixing of screws, washers, etc.
