Earthwork in filling with carted earth from outside of industrial area upto 5.00 Km lead filling to be done in 20 cm thick layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slope including all labour, T&P royalty cartage octroi with all taxes whatsoever applicable under rules required for proper completion of the work.

Extra cost for Earth work in embankment mechanically compacted to 95% proctor density including arrangement of water settlement and all T&P including roller and its fuel etc.

Water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course in single coat using crushed stone aggregates of specified size on a layer of bituminous binder laid on prepared surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled steel roller including cost of tack coat (@0.20 Kg/sqm)

Providing and laying of Bituminous Macadam 50mm. compacted thick on prepared surface over tack coat with specified graded crushed aggregate for binding course including loading of aggregated with F.E. loader and mixing of stone aggregagtes in hot mix plant, transporting the mix material with tipper and laying mixed material with paver finisher to required level and slope and rolling with power roller to achieve required desnity. Bitumen will be used at the @ 3.30% by weight of the mix material for B.M. including cost of tack coat (@0.20 Kg/sqm)

Providing and laying 25mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 percent of maxphalt and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydostatic power finisher with sensor conrol to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 508 complete in all respects and also including cost of tack coat (@0.20 Kg/sqm)

Brick on edge pavement with straight over burnt brick on patries with brick, laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slop and its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm.(3/8") depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all material, labour tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work

Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil (loam, clay, or sand) including lift up to 1.50 m and lead up to 30.00 m and also including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth. in to foundation trenches or in to the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In charge up to a distance of 30.00 M from foundation trenches as required for proper completion of the work

Cement Concrete with 40 mm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 1:5:10 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge..

M-150 Brick work in 1:6 one part of cement and 3 Parts coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge

Cement Concrete with 2.00 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.. SI No. 279 (a)

12 mm thick plaster with 1:6 Cement morter( 1 Part Cement and 6 Part Coarse Sand) of 1.25 Fineness modules in 1:6 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work
