Demolition of Brick works, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, designation 75, straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with subclass “B” [Except bricks] Old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement sand mortar in 1:6 complete all as specified & directed. Note: Old Bricks shall be used obtained from serial Item No. 01 above.

M & L for brick work with subclass “B” old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement sand mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paints over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of bedding.

M&L 450mmX300mm X 7-8 mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match over & including 10mm thick backing coat in cement and sand mortar (1:3) complete. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of backing coat.

Taking down chowkhat with shutter without taking off shutter from chowkhat area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed

S & F PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, and fixing in opening as specified and shown on drawing made on section 8 of SSR 2004 Part II and all as directed . Make: Rajshree plastic wood or equivalent approved by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter, 28-30mm thick (styles) consisting of frame mad out of MS tube for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" channel strip of 20 mm width stuck Inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined to gether with solvant cement fixing in the frame at the site and as shown on drawing on Section 8 of SSR 2010 Part II complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Rajshree plastiwood /Sintax or Equivalent make as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhat with shutter without taking off shutter from chowkhat area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair Steel ventilator with top hung shutters including hinge with steel handle and steel peg stay complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixed sheet glass 3 mm thick ordinary quality in Square or rectangular in shape not exceeding 0.5 Sqm each pane and glazing with oil putty or steel pins complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair stainless steel kitchen sink with drainage board made of 1.00mm (minimum) thick stainless steel (Grade S-304) sheet with plug washer including bedding in cement mortar to wall or including fixing on RCC platform connecting union to pipe overall (minimum ) size 915mm x 460mm with bowl (minimum) size 410mmx330mmx160mm complete including waste coupling CP, sink mixer wall mounted with 150mm long swivel spout connecting legs & wall flanges, and waste pipe all as specified in particular specifications.
