Dismantling of existing structure with suitable cement concrete, including T & P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres complete as per specifications. including hirecharges for dismanteling equipment and labour etc complete as directed by department officer.
Earth work Open excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soild other than sand in layer of 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated, depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m, clearing and levelling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.
Providing Pre-Cast cement concrete Blocks of different sizes in cement concrete of mix M30 using 20mm HBG and graded downward and laying them in position for the block walls of quay as directed using suitable frame including cost of materials, Mould, form work mixing, laying, completing, fishing , curing, lifting arrangements handling transporting and placing with the help of suitable crane or any other divice whenever required and other acessories and appliances etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.
Handling, Transporting and Placing of Precast Blocks of various sizes in position as specified in the drawing and as directed including all labour for operation, tools, tackles, plants and equipments, fuel etc complete as directed by the departmental officers
Providing and placing insitu design mix reinforcement cement concrete of M30 (M.Thirty only) by weight basis using ordinary port land cement (OPC) 43 grade confirming to IS 8112 and as per table 5 of BIS-456-2000 with minimum cement concrete of 380 Kg/M3 (Three hundred and Eighty kilogram) and graded course aggregate using 20mm and 12mm gauge HBG stone jelly in the ratio of 70:30 (Seventy part of 20mm and thirty part of 12mm stone jelly) with maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 and using Superplasticizer 250 ml per 50Kg of cement but the rate excluding cost of steel reinforcement and form work etc. complete complying with standard specification. The rate is inclusive of cost and conveyance of all ingradient materials labour charges for weighing batching mixing laying tamping, vibrating finishing, curing and conducting sample standard cube test to ascertain compressive strength of concrete and including hire charges.
Supplying factory fusion bonded epoxy coated with minimum 175 microns thickness H.Y.S.D. steel ( Cold, Twisted ) reinforcement for R.C.C work including cost and conveyance from point of purchase to reputed company and to site after coated straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lappeing and / or welding wherever required, trying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design etc., complete as per specification.
Formation of Back filling of Quay wall with a layer of rubble, with Quarry stones (rough angular) weighing 1Kg to 100 Kg including quarrying, loading at quarry, grading, conveying in contractors transporting by tippers / lorries including weighing in the electronic weigh bridge for the purpose of measurement and dumping into the sea with required with necessay equipment and devices as per the drawings and specifications etc., complete in between Quay wall and Breakwaters as directed by the departmental Officers. The payment shall be made by weigh basis (i.e.,) ladden weight minus unladden weight). The contractor has to make his own arrangement for weighing the materials by weight bridge in the presence of Department Officers. (Back Filling Quay)
Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 350 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).
