To perform such services and execute such works covered under the works" " upon the terms and condition contracted or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the MES Standard Svhedule of Rates 2009 Part I (Specifications) with errata/amendment 1 to 3, rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part II (Rates) including amendment No 1 to 122, new section No 30 and at such rates as may be fixed under the provision of Condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts). NOTE (i) Bidder shall insert uniform percentage at the 15th row under column 6 of the BOQ Sheet. (ii)Bidder shall refer and click "Select" option and click "Excess (+) of Less (-)" available at the 15th row under column 4 of this BOQ Sheet and quote the percentage above/below/at par on MES SSR-2020(Part-II) at the 15th row under Col 5. (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under the column 5 (Estimated Rates) and total amount reflected under Column 6 is approximate and for reference only. Irrespective of the amount reflected under column 6 at 15 th row the CA amount shall be limited to Rs.15.00 Lakh and the percentage quoted by the Bidder is fixed. Being Term Contract, work will be priced at rates given in SSR Part-II and will be adjusted by the percentage quoted by the Bidder on Col 5 row 15.
