Supply and fixing electric water heater, storage type steel body with stainless steel inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litres, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing of 4 Nos rawl plug of suitable size (4" - 6") nuts and bolts for hanging of geysers on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Sub main wiring with proper colour coding, insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, cable of 2 run 4 Sqmm for phase and neutral and one run of 4.0 Sqmm for earth wire unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, drawn through rigid PVC caping casing fixed on wall. Two runs of cable for phase/ neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length complete all as specified and as directed.

Industrial plug, MCB distribution board 3 pin with earth plug CRCA body with MCB SP 32 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Tubing GI "medium grade" with all fittings laid in floor/ wall or trenches of size 15mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Angle valve/ Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, fancy type, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed for 15mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC connection of size 15mm dia with PTMT nuts of length 750mm long (hot series braided, threaded and cold series) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Bib tap cast copper alloy (CP) with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, chromium plated for iron pipe for brass ferrule of size 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting to existing GI pipe of size 25/20/15 mm dia in position for addition/ alteration or insertion of TEE for branch connection complete with cutting, threading and jointing/ fixing including GI fitting as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Point wiring for one light/ fan/ call bell point controlled by one 5 Amp switch with 1.5 Sqmm two single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS, PVC insulated (unsheathed) heavy duty cable including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor multistranded FRLS, PVC insulated (unsheathed) drawn into new concealed PVC rigid conduit with cast iron/ pressed steel sunken/ terminal boxes of required size including cover plate with frame for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: - (i) Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding. (ii) Rates are inclusive of cutting/ chasis with suitable PCC works and making good to disturbed surfaces.
