SPL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF PSS TANK WITH FRP TANK AT DINJAN MIL STN

M & L for Dismantaling of existing plate from Overhead pressed steel tank of capacity upto 10000 gallons consisting with 52 plate each of size 1.22m x 1.22m x 6mm thick including taking out existing structure grillage jointing bolts, nuts, washers, etc from over head pressed steel water tank installed at 12 to 15 m high ( from grond level ) and all dismantal materials deposit to MES store yard for keeping in safe custody comlpete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of temporary staging/working platfrom as required for the above operation is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the bidder.)

Supply and fix factory made SMC panel tank of size 5m x 5m x 2m with jointing materials etc as required to make the joints perfectly leak proof and testing for water tightness of the tank including modification of existing structure with New HDG (HOT-DIP GALVANIZATION) grillage,6 mm MS flat plate, MS railing surrounding the tank & MS stair case for SMC/GRP tank at hieght 12 to 15 mtr ( from grond level ) all modificatin of existing structure items requirements as per site comlpete all as specified and directed. (Note: Quoted rate should included jointing materials and lenght, width and thikness of items required for modification of existing structure etc as per OEM RECCOMADATION .)

M&L for MS work of angles,chennel or flat iron of staging SMC OH tank installed at height of 12 to 15 M height ( from grond level ) by complete incl two coats of sythetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including painting of structure, sluice valve and connected all pipe lines from tank to borewell as per colour coding as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of Temporary structure/truss for painting is included in the quoted rate).

Supply, laying, connection and testing, 100mm bore, Steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade conforming to IS 1239 (Part -1):2004 with all fittings conforming to IS 1239(Part -2):2011 and fixtures complete laid in trenches incl taking out of 100mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm bore, cast iron sluice valve both end flanged, class PN 1.6 conforming to IS -14846 (raising stem type) with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including necessary jointing materials like nuts, bolt, washer & rubber/fiber board gasket including taking up/down old sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 80mm bore, cast iron sluice valve both end flanged, class PN 1.6 conforming to IS -14846 (raising stem type) with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle including necessary jointing materials like nuts, bolt, washer & rubber/fiber board gasket including taking up/down old sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting existing steel water tubing Galvanised 100 mm bore and insreting of tee 100x100x100 incl packing, nut bolt,washers etc complete all as specified and directed.
