Dismantling, shifting and reinstallation of motor pump set with its electricals from lower level to upper level at B&K pump house. (3 set X 2 times)(3 motor + 3 pump)

Dismantling, lowering and reinstallation of motor pump set with its electricals from upper level to lower level at B&K pump house. (3 set X 2 times)(3 motor + 3 pump)

Dismantling, shifting and reinstallation of motor pump set with its electricals from lower level to upper level at balu banker pump house. (1 set X 3 times)(3 motor + 3 pump)

Dismantling, lowering and reinstallation of motor pump set with its electricals from upper level to lower level at balu banker pump house. (1 set X 3 times)(3 motor + 3 pump)

Dismantling shifting and reassembling of motor and pump in failure condition and after its repairing (8 nos motor + 8 nos pump)

Loading, unloading and transportation of failed motor and pump for repair purpose at workshop and re collection from workshop to site.

Fitting and fixing of 4" suice valve and non return valve 5 nos.

Earth work in excavation/ by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as-10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.3 mtr x 2 mtr x 0.5 cum x 4 nos = 12 cum.

Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated Mild steel reinforcement complete in foundation as per drawing and technical specification (3m X 8nos X 2 layer + 2m X 8 nos X 2 layer + 0.5m X 20 nos.) = 90 m X 1.58 KG per mtr = 142.2 Kg per slab X 4 slab = 568.80 kg

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc as required. 3 mtr x 2 mtr x 0.5 mtr x 4 nos = 12 cum.

Part-B Maintenance of 11 KV OH Line from Main road corner to B&K

Erection of AAA conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required.0.6 km x 3 wire = 1.8 km x 272 kg/km = 489.6 kg

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm X 600 mm), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, GI bolts, nuts washers etc as required.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 150 mtr x 3 mtr = 450 sqm

Laying of one no PVC insulated and PVC Sheathed/XLPE power cable 1.1 KV grade above 35 sq mm and upto 95 sqmm cable on cable tray as required.for changing of defective cable transformer to starter and starter to motor.

Laying of one no PVC insulated and PVC Sheathed/XLPE power cable 11 KV grade above 120 sq mm and upto 400 sqmm cable in existing masonary open duct as required.

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required. Conductor 489.6 kg, MS channel 75 x 40 x 6 mm 25 mtr x 7.14 kg/mtr = 178.50 kg, MS angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm 10 mtr x 4.52 kg/mtr = 45.20 kg, Total = 713.30 kg

Providing of 11 kV, 400 A Male contact Blade suitable for Double Break GOS

Providing of 11 kV, 400 A Female contact Blade suitable for Double Break GOS

Repairing of 400 Amps, 11KV grade GOS after dismantling of burnt/defective one phase Male & Female fixed contact, copper wirenet - 1.5 mtr, moving contact etc and replace from the materials along setting it on the pole structure

Fixing of cable hanger made by angle with double clamp with nuts and bolts including fitting and fixing on pole for cable.

Supply of 6 SWG G.I. wire.

Clamps, bolts and nuts etc.

Erection of cradle guard as required. 40 nos x 4 span = 160 nos.

Jumpering of conductor, cable, transformers, starters and switches etc as required. (during fault or re-connection during activity)

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture for Numbering of poles. ( 7 cm size of one letter, 140 cm per pole x 9 nos = 1260 cm )

Appling priming coat : With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat)/steel works. Poles 9 nos x 12.55 sqm = 112.95 sqm.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats.
