Spreading of soil, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25cm thick to level the ground complete all specified and as directed. (Earth obtained from item No 1 shall be used)

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radious built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil including removing bushes/ small trees etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for supply of earth work out side MOD land (incl cost of royalty, excavation & transportation for all leads upto the site of work) & forming embankment incl raising (or lowering ) earth spreading in layers not exc 25 cm thick watering and well ramming n. exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone & boulders of gauge n .exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm grade agg) 100 mm thick as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick Sand cushion under floors or in foundations including consolidated with plate vibrator before and after laying of paver block including watering , ramming etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick precast cement concrete (M-40) factory made , machine pressed colour interlocking paver blocks, with grey cement and pigment any shape and size as approved by GE, laid over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sides of rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC(1:2:4) type B2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) filling in in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) and other similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel for framed structure like trrussed, purlins, crane gantries,post rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framming (Beam,Tee, Angle, Channels, Tube, flate sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel screwas bolt (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads one end screwed , each screwed end have one washer and one nut, dia of shunk 11-15mm and length of bolt exec 5 cm and n exec 10cm. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for mild steel as in Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed. drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description , over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described by applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth arround, in layers n. exc. 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good disturbed surfaces as in dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2 as in fdns filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brickwalls in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts or angle and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required exc one bk but not exc two bks complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in roofkerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodized aluminium frames for doors, windows, ventilators etc with one or more rebates including jointing cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium door shutter aluminium sections weighing not less than 1.10 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, anodised aluminium hinges, snap beading, screws, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tinted Sheet glass 5.5 mm thickness, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site to timber/aluminium frame work or as required on site including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated surface of wall applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) lean concrete as in foundation, filling and mass concrete of post complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, confirming to grade Fe-410-W complete all as specified and directed.
