Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). (For casting of pillars)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts (For casting of pillars)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (For casting of pillars)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil. (For grouting of Pillars at site)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). (For grouting of Pillars at site)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade .New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm (For pillars)

Painting and writing to sign board scenary board slogan board cautionary board with two coat base paint i/c painting writting in english hindi in required shade and shape all cost complete labour materials etc complete all safety precaution shall be responsibility of contractor only (For pillars)

Shifting of pillars from approachable site to located site for Boundary and safety zone by manually/ mechanical means for a lead of 0 to 2.10 km. (size of pillar 1.80 x 0.15 x.15 mtr.) and (2.40 x 0.15 x.0.15 mtr). Note:- The safety zone & boundary pillars are to be transported manually and to be grouted at site which is near Reserve forest land. The length of work site is 4.20 kms for safety zone & 4.20 kms for boundary pillars (Parallel). The approachable site from each end is 2.10 kms. Parallel Distance between Safety zone & boundary pillars is 10 mtrs. “The Contractor shall ensure the safety of all workers engaged near Reserve forest land. All workers must be insured. The responsibility for safety and security shall rest entirely with the Contractor.”
