Supply, laying LT UG XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 300 Sq mm 3.5 core as per IS specifications complete all as specified and directed

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of ON LOAD change over switch 415V 4 pole ,1600 Amps in sheet metal enclosures Indoor type, floor mounted, CRCA, made of sheet steel ,factory made suitable size open onfront side double door having hinges and locking arrangements powder coated based on MS channel for arrangement of foundation nuts , bolts and washers (Make:Universal Switch gear control/C&S/Neptune/Power system & Control). The DB should be protected with IP 54 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be polyurethane,while the material shall be internally embedded. the sheet metal enclosures should be including with supported on MS angle of size 60X60X6mm and not less than 450 mm long, and including making of suitable size foundations as per manufacturer recommendations Complete all as directed at site and to incorporate the following:-

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard /dense soil for laying/jointing kit/repair of cable and erection of poles complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point complte all as specified and directed

M & L for Sand cushioning on under ground cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after punning down and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and lay well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying with length of the bricks equal to the width of the trench complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay Electrical rubber mat of size 2x1 meter, 10 mm thick, voltage grade 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.
