Supply and lay in repair of HT cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty)11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3 core and all as directed. RM Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

Material and labour for dehydrating/centrifuging the transformer oil by means of ultra High vacuum double stage machine to remove impurities from oil such as moistures dirt air and other gases at site of installations in running condition of transformer including testing the oil before & after centrifuging from top & bottom of transformers for dielectric strength ( any type transformer 11KV / 433 volt and 33 KV/11 KV) at various location and improving/achieve di-electic strength to above 45 KV (rms) at 2.5 mm air gap for 1 minut .(Note: (i) Oil filtration will be carried out by two time in same location interwal of six month Job will be measured two time pl,complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.(ii)Oil test values duly recored on letter head & register shall be submitted to Engr-In Charge (iii) Topping up Transformer oil will be measured & paid separetly.(iv) DG set shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost for dehydration machine) Ltr Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

Disconnecting HT/LT cables & Earth connections of burnt/defective transformers of capacity from 100KVA capacity uto 750 KVA,11 KV/415 Volts carefully from from its original position manually or mechanically with the help of crane and transporting both way(to & fro) to work shop and installation, refixing, reconnecting after necessary repairs carried out and testing on load, complete all as directed. Supply & fixing of danger notice plate made out of 25 cm x20 cm size & 1.6mm mild steel sheet ,vitreous enamelled paint white, with the in 3mm thick font letter & figures and conventional skull and bone in signal red colour in white colour background as " NO ADMMISSION EXCEPT ON DUTY "and fixed for HT of poles/installations with M.S. clamps.bolts and nuts of approved size ,complete all as directed. Supply & fix in replacement post insulators 11 KV porcelain type suitable for 11 KV GOD at 2 pole/4 pole structure ,complete all as specified and directed. Each Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

over current relays fitted in HT 33 KV panels for its corrections & setting with main control panel relays 33 KV VCB panels for its corrections & setting with main control panel relays & MSEDCL so that individual VCB shall be tripped prior to main panel, contractor shall submit testing and calibration report showing all set parameters. Testing, cleaning & overhauling of complete operating mechanism for smooth functioning, checking of control panel wiring for operation & protection for tripping & closing & rectifying the defects all equipments including Deoxidizing of all electrical contacts /make & break contacts using water & heat resistant CRC aerosol lithium base white grease spray suitable for lubrication & rust removal of moving & fixed contacts of electric switchgears complete all as specified & replacement unserviceable control wiring with ferrule & lugs, reassembling & testing of complete exisiting VCB CG -Lucy and CG and RMU L&T/ABB with LBS for comlete smooth working ,complete all as directed.
