The 11 KV UNIPACK Package Sub-Station Shall be consisting of following, (A) HT SWITCHGEAR (i) 11KV 630Amps 21KA for 3 Sec, SF6 insulated Non-Extensible Compact switchgear (DV) consisting of One No. Direct module as incoming and One No. Fixed Manual Vacuum Circuit Braker as outgoing with Microprocessor based self Powered Relay in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure, with series trip, self powered microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL +Inst.) protection. (B) (i) TRANSFORMER 160 KVA 11KV/433V 50Hz DYn11 Oil Filled Hermetically sealed transformer with corrugated wail and without conservator type design & Top normal porcelain bushing for HT and LT with Off load tap switch of range +5% to -5 % insteps of 2.5%. Temp rise over an ambient temp of 50Deg C-shall be 40/50 Deg C for Oil/winding resp. (iii) The CSS offered shall be type tested for IAC AB 21kA-1sec as per IEC 62271-202 . OEM shall submit Type test report for verification of the same. (iv) CSS offered by System house / Franchise partner/Joint venture partner of OEM shall not be accepted. CSS design; invoicing, ownership, service responsibility & warranty shall be of OEM on whose name all type tests are conducted. (v) Make of CSS, RMU, Vacuum bottle, VCB, ACB/MCCB Shall be of same manufacturer for better reliability, performance & service support and overall life cycle optimization. (vi) Oil type transformer makes shall be as per CSS manufacturer & CSS manufacturer shall send list of supply reference with offered transformer make (vii) The Temperature class of CSS shall be K10 as per IEC 62271-202

E. INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING - Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1Cx3X95 Sq.mmXLPE Single core cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Aluminium Busbars. Internal earthing connections by using 50 x 6mm GI strips - 01 Set Notes :- (i) Pacage Sub-station will be complete with the internal interconnections & earthing. Accessoies required for the external connections of HT & LT cables like termination kits, lugs, glands etc & extending of earth bar to earth pits are not in ABB India Limited scope.

DG SET:- Supply , installed and commissioning of Factory assembled Silent DG set with CPCB approved acoustic enclosure AMF panel of capacity 62.5 KVA , 50 KW , 1500 RPM , Turbo Charged, water cooled comprising of suitable BHP Engine with microprocessor based Genset controller with silencer and canopy for soundles mode (sound level not exe level specified by contol pollution board) and alternator both mounted on a common base frame conforming to ISO-3046/BS-5514 and IS-10002 rated for 415 volts 50 cycles , 0.8 Power factor (PF) complete with residential silencer, AVM pads , battery with its leads, first fill of lub oil and all engine accessories such as self starter, alternator/dynomo with suitable coupling and base frame on foundation as recommended by the manufacture and consisting of other electrical component and maintenance free battey including suitable size of coppeer cable lead with teminal, all mounting accssory and AVM pads all as specifiedand directed.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE (i) Specially design to meet stringent MOEF/CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. (ii) Air inlet louvers specially designed to operate at rated load even at 50 deg C air inlet temp. (iii) Powder coated for long lasting service life and superior finish. (iv) Insulation material meets exacting IS 8183.

CONTROL PANEL (a) The control panel shall be made of CRCA sheet duly fabricated and powder coated and complete with internal wiring, bus bar etc and fitted with the following accessories :- (i) 4 poie MCCB 100 Amps 25KA capacity – 01 No (ii) 3 Phase Multifunction meter – 01 No (iii) Indicating lamps (LED type) (R-Y-B) – 01 set F. AMF PANEL (a) The control panel shall be made of CRCA sheet duly fabricated and powder coated and complete with internal wiring, bus bar etc and fitted with the following accessories :- (i) 4 Pole MCCB 100 Amps, 25ka capacity – 01 No (ii) Contractor -03 Nos (iii) 3 Phase Multifunction meter – 01 No (iv) Indicating lamps (LED type) (R-Y-B) – 01 sets (v) Relay, timmer and other acessories as per manufactor. NOTE (i) Antivibraton mounting pads to be incorported during installation. (ii) PCC Foundation and platform as per manufacters design/recommendation to be followed during installation of DG Set will be measured and paid under relevant item of this BoQ. (iii) Silencer pipe of engine is to be extended out of the building with suitable dia of GI medium grade pipe duly heat insulated with suitable aluminum cladding rate of which deemed include in the the unit rate of Gen Set. (iv) Lubricating oil shall be provided by the conractor cost of which deemed to be included in the unit rate of DG Set. (v) Four Nos free serviceing with complete material such as Lubricating oil, coolent, Lub oil filter, diesel filters, Air filter and fan belts etc as per manufacturer recommendation will be deemed included in the unit rate of DG set.
