Installation of a separate substation for the 3.5 MLD STP cum ETP plant at PGIMER, Chandigarh.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11KV Outdoor type package (Compact type) Sub-Station consisting of 11kV HT RMU, 11/0.433KV, 630 kVA Oil type transformer and LV panel inside enclosure, fully type tested CSS as per IEC-1330 complete in all respect consisting of following items. The CSS shall be completely factory assembled as per latest IEC 62271-202. Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using XLPE Single core cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Bus bars of aluminium strip. NO ASSEMBLY AT SITE SHALL BE PERMITTED. Note : CSS shall be from OEMs only

A) HT RMU

11kV 630Amps 21KA/3 sec. 3 Way Ring Main Unit Compact switchgear consisting of 2 Nos. fixed motorised operated Load Break Switch and 1 No. fixed motorised operated SF6/Vacuum Circuit Breakers Module in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure with series trip, self powered micro processor based numerical over current and earth fault relay protection. Gas Tank shall be made out of SS 304 Grade with minimum 2.5 mm thick sheets Steel. HT RMU shall preferably have site replaceable bushings to have very less downtime in the event of bushing breakage and restoration can be done immediately without sending the RMU to OEM Works.

Microprocessor based IDMT Relay for Circuit Breakers - Self Powered along with series trip coil. Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system with LED. Aux. relays for Transformer protection.

SF6 Gas pressure indicator. Padlocking facility. LBS module will have FPI. Protection CT shall be minimum 60/1A ,2.5VA, 5P10. - 3 nos. All modules of the RMU shall be suitable for cable termination of 3C x 300 sq.mm Al XLPE Cable, incoming cable termination is included within the scope of work.

630 KVA 11KV/433V DYN-11 Oil type, hermetically sealed energy efficiency level-2 transformer with corrugated wall, without conservator, type of design & Top Bushings for HT & LT with Off load tap switch of rating +5% to -10% @2.5%. Temp Rise - Oil/ Winding 40/45 Deg cel. Losses (As per IS-1180 amended up to date)

Max Losses @ 50% Load 1745 W and Max Losses @ 100% Load 4850 W and Impedance of 4.5% (Subject to IS Tolerance (as per IS1180-2014) The transformer shall be confirming to IS: 2026 and IS: 1180(part-I). amended up to date. One No. Winding Temperature Indicator with Alarm and trip Contact.
