Taking out old bituminous macadam surfaces by using diamond cutter for cutting of sides perpendicular and parallel to edges average 100 mm to 125 mm depth, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old bituminous macadam surfaces by using diamond cutter for cutting of sides perpendicular and parallel to edges average 50 mm depth, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity of road roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sweeping and cleaning with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5.00 kg / 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-30 Grade and laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete prepared at hot mix plant ,average 50 mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid at site by hand and rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 ton capacity power roller to required camber and gradient using type A material and paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in charge.

M&L for making good cracks/repair in Concrete slabs (exposed rigid pavement ) by cutting 30mm to 40mm deep and cutting spilled joint, sides perpendicular and parallel to edges by mechanical tools like diamond cutter, cleaning with compressed air under pressure and filling with Elastomeric concrete after application of specified primer all as per manufactures instruction and specifications complete and removal of rubbish to a distance exc 250 m and nexc 500 m and depositing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair to cracks on flexible pavement of runway, PTT and links of runway cracks to be cut to 20mm to 25mm width and up to 30mm depth using diamond cutter and filled with using ready mix pothole repairing bituminous concrete product and compacted, tempers to finish with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making good cracks in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by cutting grooves 30mm to 40mm deep and cutting spilled joint sides perpendicular and parallel to edges by mechanical tools like diamond cutter, cleaning with compressed air under pressure and filling with epoxy resin mortar after application of specified primer and removal of rubbish to distance exc 250m and n.exc. 500m and depositing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying and making good cracks/repair to rough surface of Flexible pavement using with Cold emulsion Cationic bitumen conforming to IS:8887:2004 grade rapid setting on Flexible Pavement , these materials are handle and laid by hand ,using @ 1.50 kg/sqm approved quality with using water and finish with existing surface, including preparation of surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
