Carrying out periodical monthly maintenance as per the schedules including lubricating moving parts as per recommendations of manufacturer, checking for alignments, electrical loose connections and rectifying the same for the EOT cranes 01 Ton Capacity complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 here-in-before but EOT cranes 2 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 here-in-before but EOT cranes 5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for item Nos 1.00 to 5.00 : (a) Spare Parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply and fix in repair in respective items here-in-after. (b) The above maintenance also covers the preventive maintenance of crane which include making good of undulation in girders/rings adjustment of alignment etc. (c) Repairs to crane shall be on both mechanical and electrical sides including provision of minor parts viz nuts, washers, screws, gasket , seal oil rings grease, nipples, sockets, terminal blocks, fuse grips, insulating sheets, topes, adhesive, density compound oils, repairs kit for air brake contracts etc. anticorrosive and rust proof chemical etc. and all other minor items which are not covered under this list of spare parts (d ) Necessary welding and breaking if so required to be done wherever necessary.

Attending break down of EOT crane any capacity for the complaints of mechanical, checking and finding the faults, rectifying the defects, replacement of minor spares like lugs, bolt & nuts, gaskets etc and making the EOT crane in serviceable condition complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 6.00 here-in-before but electrical complaints complete all as specified & directed. Notes for item No. 6.00 & 7.00 : Any spares required for completing the job refered in item No. 6.00 & 7.00 shall be measured and paid separately in respective items here-in-after but cost of labour for fixing of new parts is deemed to be included in unit rate.

Dismantling upto 2 HP 3 phase 415V electric motor of any make after disconnecting the connection & transportation to work shop for cleaning internal parts, replacement of unserviceable minor parts like nut bolt, greasing and rewinding with same size and class copper winding wire including re-insulating with shellac varnish, keeping in hot air oven for drying etc including reassembling, testing after making connection complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of above 2.0 HP and up to 4.0 HP 3 phase 415V electric motor of any make after disconnecting the connection & transportation to work shop for cleaning internal parts, replacement of unserviceable minor parts like nut bolt, greasing and rewinding with same size and class copper winding wire including re0insulating with shellac varnish, keeping in hot air oven for drying etc including reassembling, testing after making connection complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of above 4.0 HP and up to 6.0 HP 3 phase 415V electric motor of any make after disconnecting the connection & transportation to work shop for cleaning internal parts, replacement of unserviceable minor parts like nut bolt, greasing and rewinding with same size and class copper winding wire including re0insulating with shellac varnish, keeping in hot air oven for drying etc including reassembling, testing after making connection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB, AC 3 phase, 415 volts, 4 pole, 32 Amps rating, 25 KA rupturing capacity with enclosureconfirms to IS:13947-II & MCCB enclosures after taking down the old one complete all as specified & directed. ( Make : Havells cat part No. IHLGHT0032 & MCCB enclosure 'G' frame FP, IHGFP or equivalant model in makes as specified in PS)
