Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone wall etc including scrapping of any existing traetments, raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate includes necessary scaffolding 10m to 12m height

M&L for Rendering using Ready mix plaster 12 mm thick of approved make equivqlent to CM 1:4 or above on fair external faces of brick work,block masonry or concrete surfaces with mixing water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions on walls and finishing even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1.Rate includes necessary scaffolding upto 10m to 12m height 2.WPC will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in (1:3) cm on fair faces of ceiling and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 to fair faces of brick surface or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M & L for preparation of new plastered external surfaces and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint ( Weather Proof) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as directed. M & L for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as permanufacturer's specification over 3mm thick putty in three layers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on old surfaces of walls and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel/iron surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10cm and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m depth for fdn etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M&L for returning, filling incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm as in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated surplus soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

(a) M&L for10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works / Concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1: 3complete all as specified and as directed (b) M&L for priming evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per sq.m including cleaning the surface. (c) M&L App based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforment with polyster non woven fabric (wt reinforcement not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surfaced application complete all as apecified and directed (Primer should be measured and paid as per Item above). (d) M&L applying two coat of Aluminium paint over APP Membrane complete all as apecified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing ,cleaning out ,wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3

M&L for 25mm thick PCC type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded crushed aggregate in padding concrete and the like all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surface of ceiling in CM 1:3and rendering is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement

M & L three coats of white wash on newly plastered ceiling surfaces including preparation of surfaces.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in under layer of tile flooring & finishing the surfaces rough to receive screed bed complete as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut mirror polish kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including round nosing at corners ,rubbing and mirror polishing complete as specified and as directed.
