Outsourcing service for manning and operation of water supply installation, pump set, DG sets, various electrical and mechanical equipment and water pipe line fittings at different installations all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge by employing suitably qualified and experienced operator (SK) FGM one shift all days including sundays and holidays from 0830 hrs to 1630 hrs. the Diesel generating set located in the power house shall be operated by te operator in case of failure of the Electric supply. the persons are required to operate pump opening and operating and carrying out the maintenance of the of the pumps, genrator & fire fighting equipments. Note for item No 68 to 70: (a) The person should be able to operate the DG Set genrator according to the appropriate norms by checking the fuel level, E/Oil level, battery and all filters regularly, carrying out the maintenance of the generator, DG set shall be operated by the operator incase of electric supply failure. All documents should be maintained systematically by the operator. (b) Carrying out "B" check through Authorised dealer / OEM once in Six Month or 250 Hrs of run which ever is earlier by replacement of Diesel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly complete with engine oil filters, required qty of engine oil including necessary "O" rings, gaskets, packings etc complete draining out unserviceable engine oil, checking the proper functioning of the lubrication and cooling system all as directed and as specified. (c) Engine oil will be issued free for filling

(i) The contractor shall emply minimum ITI qualified Electrical or Mechanical Trade technician from Govt. recognised institute with 03 years experience to operate DG sets & power house and maintain log shets of DG Sets & power house shutdown register. (ii) Rate quoted by tenderer is inclusive for maintaining the general cleanliness within the installation premises by cutting of grass shrubs and small tress & Vegetations. (iii) Protective clothing as IS and as safty instructions & tools requried as applicable are to be provided by the contractor. No extra payment will be made to contractor for the same. (iv) Printing log sheet shall be provided and maintained by the contractor properly as per format and shall be produced at the time of RAR payments. (v) Any brakdown of Generator set and other faults in system should be reported immediately to concern JE / Engineer-in-Charge. vi) Life insurance of employed person shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost from any insurance complany approved by IRDA.

Outsourcing of services for manning and operation, Safeguarding of Non IBR Revomax steam boiler plants (2 Nos) comprising of 01 No air compressor, various electrical and mechnical equipments and monitoring fuel, oil, lubricant level daily all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge by employing suitably experienced & qualified boiler operators for one shifts (i.e. 01 No for each shift ) duration from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs on all working days . The person employed by the contractor shall possess necessary tools and safety precaution to operate the boiler/ control panels and carrying out the maintenance of the plant & fire fighting equipments and keeping the plant room and equipments clean. All documents related to the equipments are to be maintained by the operator as per prescribed format. Location : Loundry plant at MH kirkee. Make: Thermax of capacity 100 Kg / Hour, pressure 10.54 Kg /Sqcm using fuel.

Outsourcing of services for manning and operation, Safeguarding of oil fired incinerator 01 No capacity 50 Kg /Hour and various electrical equipment and monitoring of fuel, oil, lubricant level daily as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge by employing sutably qualified incineratior operator for one shift duration from 0800hrs to 1600hrs on all working days. The person employed by the contractor shall prossess necessary tools and safety precaution to operate the incinerator / control panels and carrying out the maintenance of the plant & fire fighting equipments and keeping the plant room and equipments clean. General Notes for item No 71 & 72 :- (a) The person employed by the contractor (i.e electrician/DG set operator/pump operator having minimum ITI qualification from Govt recognised institute with minimum 3 yrs experience in the respective trade/job and shall be able to maintain all documents and read and record the readings. (b) Rate quoted by the contractor for the above items shall be deemed to be included for the expenditure of keeping general cleanliness of the area of the installations complete including cutting of grass shrubs & vegetations around the installation. (c) Protective clothing as IS and safety instructions & tools required as applicable are to be provided by the contractor and will be continuosly in use of the operator on duty. No extra payment will be made to the contractor for the same.

(d) Contractor should arrange his man power in such a way that each employee should not be assigned more than one shift of 8 hours in a single day and weekly one day off is given to each employee for which separate manpower arrangements to be made by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (e) Any breakdown in the system shall be reported immediately to JE E/M/Engr-in-charge. (f) Daily routine maintenance should be included in the quoted rates. (g) Life insurance of employed person shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost from any insurance company approved by IRDA. (h) THe trademen shall be well conversant with preventive measures (First aid) in case of electrical accidents of the system. (i) THe rate quoted by the tenderer is inclusive for POL collection and transport from FOL Depot /MT Store yard to Main Receiving Station at PH-I or PH-II of MH Kirkee.
