Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 25 KVA SILENT Diesel Generator Set with CPCB-II approved acoustic enclosure comprising of radiator,verticle multi cylinder Diesel Engine rated capacity of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM,equipped with fly wheel, fuel tank, fuel piping, exhaust piping with insulation, Electric starting equipment, radiator cooled diesel engine coupled with Alternator of 3 Phase 415 volts 50 HZ Ac supply mounted on sheet metal base frame with manual control panel including AMF( Auto Mains Failure) panel with all standard accessories including one (01) number 12 Volt battery including Testing commissioning ,loading,unloading and Transportation etc as detailed below. Diesel Engine Diesel engine 4 stoke water cooled, electric start, of Min - 38 BHP at 1500RPM suitable for above out put of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50% RH and at 1000 Mtr MSL and conforming to BS 5000, IS 4722, capable of taking 10% overloading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. Complies with current CPCB II emmision norms. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. Alternator Synchronous alternator rated at 25 KVA, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM , 3 phase 50Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Mtr MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP CRCA enclosure, brushless, screen protected, drip proof, revolving field, self excited, self regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 5000 suitable for tropical conditions and with class F/H insulation. Electrical System i)Standard control panel as per OEM shall consisting individual switch gears for lighting/receptacle, AMF( Auto Mains Failure) panel and battery charge controller circuit. Starting System 12 V DC starting system comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator, battery charger circuit from mains with necessary wiring and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable Nos. of batteries as required as per OEM.

Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with and having digital display for following: (i) Start-stop switch with key (ii) Water temperature (iii) Lubrication oil pressure (iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication (v) Battery charging indication and health status (vi) RPM indication (vii) Low lub. Oil trip indication (Viii) Engine Hours indication (ix)Indication lamps (x) Control fuses and current transformers (xi) Low water level for radiator. Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel, close coupled directly through a pair of flexible coupling,. The required foundation shall be designed as per the OEM standards and site conditions.

SITC of powder coated panel cubicle made out of 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet indoor, floor/ wall mounting type with 100 Amps 3 phase 4 pole On-Load change over switch including suitable rotating handle etc.as required.

Supply of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor under ground power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size confirming to IS 7098(Part -1/1988) with upto date ammendments etc complete as required. 3.5 x 35 sq.mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.in the existing trench ., complete as required. 50 mm dia OD, 38 mm dia ID

Supplying and Making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required. 3.5 x 35 sq.mm (32 mm)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq.mm

Excavation for DG set foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of DG set etc including form work, centering ans shuttering etc as required.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 75 cm including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, getting out the excavated soil, refilling with excavated soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc. and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface/recess / ground including terminations for loop earthing as required.
