Excavation for structures: Earth work in excavation for strucure in all depth as per drawing and techancial specification clause 305-1 including setting out, constrcution of shoring and bracin, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. including all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand) :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including the cost of centering and shuttering including all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10cm length and drilling holes upto 10mm dia etc. including all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Welded steel wire favric of required width having rectangular mesh painted with two or more coats of enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer including all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-inCharge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Precast terrazo tiles 22mm thick with graded marble chips of size upto 12mm, in dkirt in gand risers of steps not exceeding 30cm in height, on 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand), jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the sade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of light shade pigment using white cement including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer -in-Charge.
