Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m deep for laying of pipes etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard standing/ road cutting n. exc. 1.50m in depth for repairs/ laying of CI/ GI/ DI/ HDPE pipe line and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 150mm bore medium grade galvanized iron pipe with and including screwed GI flange with drilled holes, nuts, bolts & washer complete with jointing material such as flanged washers etc. laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 150mm bore medium grade galvanized iron pipe with all fittings; laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 80mm bore medium grade galvanized iron pipe with all fittings; laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 50mm bore medium grade galvanized iron pipe with all fittings; laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up 150mm bore DI/ CI water mains including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead and keeping aside duly stacked for reuse or removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only 150mm bore DI/ CI iron pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast any class in any length, laid in trenches including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tyton push on rubber gasket joints suitable for 150mm bore ductile iron pipes and fittings with spigot and socketed ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar superficial area of each hole exc. 150Sqcm but n. exc. 400 Sqcm and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron sluice valve PN 1.6 conforming to IS 14846-2000 with brass steel spindle, iron hand wheel & cap suitable for 150mm bore pipe with flanged ends, any pattern including nuts, bolts, rubber gasket, wheel etc. including taking down unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron sluice valve PN 1.6 conforming to IS 14846-2000 with brass steel spindle, iron hand wheel & cap suitable for 80mm bore pipe with flanged ends, any pattern including nuts, bolts, rubber gasket, wheel etc. including taking down unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron sluice valve PN 1.6 conforming to IS 14846-2000 with brass steel spindle, iron hand wheel & cap suitable for 50mm bore pipe with flanged ends, any pattern including nuts, bolts, rubber gasket, wheel etc. including taking down unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

S&F non return valve/ reflex valve with by-pass arrangement suitable for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron air valves with two air outlets suitable for 150mm dia bore fixed in water supply mains complete with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of DI/ CI/ GI pipe line of size 80 to 150mm dia in existing position for inserting of Tee branches for making connection etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joints for 150mm bore CI pipes and fittings including cleaning of surface with wire brush, providing jute rope of proper size, checking and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 19.00 above but except lead. Note: Old lead retrieved vide item No. 9.00 above shall be re-used as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for run lead joints for 80mm bore CI pipes and fittings including cleaning of surface with wire brush, providing jute rope of proper size, checking and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for CI/ DI fitting i.e. bends any type radius/ angles tapers any type (straight, bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), Tee pieces, collars, caps and plugs with push on type rubber joint/ lead joint upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note: Joints, excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only CI/ DI fitting i.e. bends any type radius/ angles tapers any type (straight, bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), Tee pieces, collars, caps and plugs with push on type rubber joint/ lead joint upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Old fittings retrieved during taking up of pipe shall be re-used. 2. Joints, excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L connecting pieces upto 150mm bore with one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth complete all as specified and directed. Note: Joints, excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm suitable for valves upto 200mm size including 150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 for foundation, brick work in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick internal rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound, 50mm thick coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, including necessary excavation and earth work including provision of MS sheet cover of thickness not less than 2.80mm on 50mm x 50mm x 6.0mm angle iron frame with locking arrangement, including painting MS surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including demolition of old damaged valve pit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 900mm x 900mm x 900mm suitable for valves upto 200mm size including 150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 for foundation, brick work in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick internal rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound, 50mm thick coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, including necessary excavation and earth work including provision of MS sheet cover of thickness not less than 2.80mm on 50mm x 50mm x 6.0mm angle iron frame with locking arrangement, including painting MS surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including demolition of old damaged valve pit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete in making good to damaged portion of road/ hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel work of angle iron section or any section as in posts & struts for cattle/ security fencing/ including cutting top to shape, drilling holes, notching for wires etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including 12mm dia round running bar as in fencing post, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-410-w (Grade E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and as directed.
