DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE AND MISC B/R REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT WORK AT AF STN ARJAN SINGH UNDER GE (AF) PANAGARH

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles light shade (premium quality) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x250x7mm thick, (premium quality) on vertical surface of wall such as dado, skirting, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (premium quality) Square/rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite stone slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in skirting/dado, steps, pillars, window sills, cooking platform laid over 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab including rounding edges of granite slab after dismantling of old unserviceable/ broken slab as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm brass mortice lock two lever, vertical type fixed in door complete as in repair all as specified and directed.
