M&L for single charge, vitrified, stain and scratch resistant, joint free, premium (1st) quality coloured tiles 600mm X 600 mm and 9-10 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium (1st) quality coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for anti-skid ceramic joint free premium (1st) quality coloured tiles 300 X 300 mm and 6-7 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for Baroda Green marble, machine cut as in shelves/steps/cills/jambs/skirting/border only in tile flooring and the like works and flooring etc, 15 - 16mm thick including bull-nose the front length, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab for fixing on concrete surfaces or with suitable adhesive for fixing on unpolished kota stone slabs and including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing and including dismantling / demolition complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Single piece should be used in steps/cills /jambs/shelves.

M&L for un-polished rough red stone 38 - 40 mm thick single piece as in shelves / Cooking Plateform including cutting existing brick wall and making good, bull-nose the front length, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4, fixed in position complete all as specified and directed. Note : Single piece should be used in shelves top / partition of cupboards.

Repair to RCC sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary support if required and stiching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type / description from external / internal / ceiling surfaces of wall / RCC surfaces / soffits of chajjas / roof projection / cantilevers / balcony etc with mechanical means / grinder complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces / existing plastered surfaces and applying acrylic wall care putty on internal/external surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving interior / exterior painting etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Disconnecting existing water storage PVC tanks of capacity n.exc 500 litres, setting aside for repair, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tank, S&F PVC tank cover, 20mm dia brass float valve, chuck nuts, sockets and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 4mm thick (-0.2/+0.3) APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) with mineral finish modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 5.60 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane mineral finish, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 4mm th 5 layered APP membrane mineral finish shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Tensile strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 600 + 150/400 + 150 N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 200 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 145 degree . (iii) Penetration at the rate 25 C d 15 - 25 mm (iv) Water tightness 10 KPa (v) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only all as specified and directed.

Fixing only tube light fitting LED type retrofit T-8, 20 watt, 4 feet long including LED tube rod and 3 core flexible wire 0.5 sqmm copper cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Tube Light fitting will be issued free for fixing under schedule B from store yard of MES.

Fixing only tube light fitting LED type integrated 9/10 watt, 2 feet long including LED tube rod and 3 core flexible wire 0.5 sqmm copper cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. S&F Sheet metal factory made box of size 50 x 50 x 18 cm flush mounting type proper locking arrangements, apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint, drilling holes for incoming and out going cable, refixing electric meter and DB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F earth metal plug with MCB SPN 32 amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
