Notes: The quoted rates are inclusive of the cost of replacement of nut, bolt & washers, thimbles used while servicing the APFC panels as directed by the Engr-in-charge. (iv) If the contractor is failed to carry out the monthly servicing of the panel, a penalty of double the quoted rate will be recovered.
