Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel rolled sections FE-410-W Gde E-250 quality 'A' as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails for gusset plates, valley gutter and trusses etc, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates and hanging also fastening and fixing including dismantling old, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws, and washer, in roofs wall etc with grade of zinc coating 120 GSM fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3 here-in-before but except sheets (re-use sheets retrieved from Item No 01 here-in-before shall be used). (Note : the rates are deemed to be included for shifting & transportation of sheets from one location to other location at any distance)

S&F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side laps fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent Trapizoidal profile sheet as per site requirment with two corrugation side laps fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick plain, black, mild steel sheeting in ridges hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed), fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 2mm thick plain, black, mild steel sheeting in ridges hips, valley gutters, tank for rain water collection with hole for fitting of 200 mm PVC pipe and welded or soldered joints are provided complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete and directed.

S&F for 200mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including stack clamp to fix rain water pipe with wall( As per site requirement) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 200mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based steel sheet trapezoidal profile 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of (AZ -150) 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of (AZ-150) 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall/ valley gutters, etc fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (in camouflage pattern using number of colours) over and including a coat of red oxide primer, on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of steel surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of old painted surfaces as per existing pattern/camouflage complete all as specified and directed

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/steel frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rough cast wire glass 6.4mm thick and glazing with siliconized acrylic sealant/Putty/beads (iron/aluminium) (any type as per site requirement) in square exceeding 0.50 Sqm but n.exc 0.75 Sqm in each pane, at any height including necessary scafloding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rough cast wire glass 6.4mm thick and glazing with siliconized acrylic sealant/Putty/beads (iron/aluminium) (any type as per site requirement) in square exceeding 0.75 Sqm but n.exc 1.00 Sqm in each pane, at any height including necessary scafloding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rough cast wire glass 6.4mm thick and glazing with siliconized acrylic sealant/Putty/beads (iron/aluminium) (any type as per site requirement) in square exceeding 1.00 Sqm but n.exc 1.50 Sqm in each pane, at any height including necessary scafloding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6 mm thick Epoxy PU based anti static flooring complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturer's instruction consisting of following steps/stages: Make: CIPY/SIKA/BASF/APURVA/ASIAN (a) Surface Cleaning: Cleaning of surface free from dust, dirt, moisture & all foreign material from the floor. All floor is to be cleaned by means of scrubber. Acid itching and water wash is done if necessary to old floors as recommended by the manufacturer.Then the oil/ grease is removed from the floor using Hot Compressed air blasting machine. For floor cleaning all mechanized equipments are to be used like scrubbers, sanders, hot blowers, vacuum cleaners, moisture test machine etc. (b) Raking out old all decayed/damaged existing sealing compound from the joints of size of 30 mm to 40 mm wide and 45 mm to 50 mm average depth and cleaning the joints thoroughly by removing dust, dirt, loose and foreign material by appropriate hand tools such as chiesel, hammer or L hooks, scraping out the existing sealing joints, grinding or cutting the inner sides of the joints by diamond cutter to have perfect plane sealant free surface without breaking the edges, removing dust by power blower/compressed air and removing rubbish material outside MOD land. Note : Any variation in size of joint is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (c) Making good the existing damaged edges(at joints) cracks,etc on either side of joint in cement concrete floor by cutting around to true vertical surfaces by using diamond cutter, etc. and removing the debris and other foreign material outside MOD land including necessary prepration of surfaces by cleaning the sides and bottom stages as given below to make the existing joint 10 mm wide. (d) Applying primer coat of two component Epoxy primer followed by application of pre-batched ready to use epoxy mortar in the grooves.The mortar shall be filled on the both sides of groove to bring the joint to 10 mm width & inserting closed cell, medium density cross linked polythene foam back up rod of 10 mm dia and filling the PU based sealing compound matching the same colour with PU flooring. (e) Primer: Providing and applying low viscous epoxy primer having a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin and hardener in equal volumes to provide a DFT of around 200 microns.

(f) Screed: Providing and applying self levelling screed with polymer to aggregate ratio not exceeding 1:4 by trowel to the desired thickness of 3700 microns. The layer is deaerated by spike roller to dislodge air pockets. (g) Copper Tape: Providing and fixing 100 microns thick, self adhesive (conductive type) copper tape to ensure quick transfer of charge including connecting copper wire/tape and earthing etc. required to get the desired result, The spacing of copper tape shall be approximately 5 m c/c both ways. Make:3M or Equivalent (h) Conductive Primer: Providing and applying PU (polyurethane) based conductive coat having a volumetric ratio of resin and hardener in 4:1, to yield a DFT of 100 microns. Note: Cost of joint filling shall be deemed to be included in the item. (j) PU Self Levelling Top Coat: Providing and applying PU based conductive self levelling top coat containing anti stats to yield a thickness of 2000 microns and surface resistivity which will not exceed 10⁹ ohms. The cured surface shall be tested with Megohm Metre as per ASTM F-150, to check the readings as per the design. (k) The entire work / application shall be done through manufacturer only.

S&F in repair Nylon bird proofing poly raisin net (approx) 1.00 mm dia and (approx) 25X25 mm mesh size of square or diamond type .twin breaking strength 21 kgf min,mesh breaking strenth 17 kgf min,knot breaking strength 27 kgf min,incl. scaffolding for fixing with truss, purlins by binding with nylon wire of same quality and same dia etc. proper tightening in straight, levelled at any height up to 25 m of hangers, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note:- Testing of material shall be carried out as per IS: 5812 (part-4) : 1993 & ISO 1805: 1973 The cost of which shall be demmed to be included in the rate quoted.

Material and labour for prepration of new PU antistatic floor surface/steel surfaces and marking of lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. with two coats of Polyurethene based paint of approved shade with surface primed using epoxy based solvent free compound, paint white/black/yellow/orange or any other colours and 20cm/25cm/30cm wide strips on PU Flooring surface by using mechanical PU floor marking machine like cold spray(Airless/Pneumatic)/Electrostatic cold-painting machine or equivalent approved including complete scrapping of old treatment/existing PU Paint layers and complete removal of dust particles by brushes or sweeping with brooms complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, and all as specified and directed. Make: SIKA/BASF/APURVA/ASIAN/CIPY Note : Colour should be approved by GE.

Notes for Srl item no 1 to 20 :- (i) These items will be executed in hanger roof and walls at the height upto 25m from ground level. Suitable arrangement shall be made by the contractor to work at the height of 25m. (ii) Rates of scaffolding, ladders, safety arrangements and any other arrangements as required shall be deemed to included in quoted rates of respective items. (iii) Sufficient arrangements shall be made by the contractor to protect existing floor during dismantling/fixing of sheets. Nothing extra shall be paid to contractor on this account. If any damage made to floor during execution of work the same shall be made good as per existing specification of floor by contractor without any extra cost. (iv) Dismantling of sheet should be done carefully without damage to structure and earthing strip if any. If earth strip required to be dismantled, bidder refix the same after providing sheet without any extra cost.

Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 88250.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
