REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE ACBS MCCBS AND BUSBAR OF LT PANEL AND FEEDER PILLAR BOX INCLUDING UG CABLE AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT OLD NAVY NAGAR UNDER GE NW NAVY NAGAR

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables etc. in any type of soil and getting out all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate includes removing of paver blocks carefully and stack properly for refixing after laying of cables .

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils.

Removing excavated material from the site of work and transporting out of Station/site of work suitable to the contractor all as specified.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick coloured interlocking paver tiles/ blocks, lacquer finish of size 250x250 mm having compressive strength of 35N/Sqmm, zig-zag (uni-paver) shape in flooring tested as per IS : 15658-2006, with and including layer of 50 mm thick natural river sand bed compacted complete as specified and directed.

Cutting existing road surfaces or hard standing 0.45 mtr depth (22 thick comprising bituminuous topping) for laying of pipes/cables and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate), for coping and finished surface without using extra cement.

Supplying and laying with commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 400 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches, passing through pipes, fixed on walls complete including connecting properly by means of thimbles and taking out old u/s damaged cables.

M&L for feedder pillar box (size 1.0 x 0.8 x 0.3 Mtr) factory made pedestal cubical double door outdoor type, CPRI approved, modular construction fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet, epoxy powder coated to give superior finish, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof with locking arrangement (compartment wise) front & back side opening system including rain shed 15 cm all around, platform mounted having minimun clearance of 450 mm above ground level suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire system 50 Hz supply, having ETP grade copper busbar strip (three phase & neutral) duly tapped in colour coded FRP sleeves install on porcelain /epoxy insulator, floor mounted type based on angle iron frame and legs 40x40x5 mm thick and having locking arrangement with 50 mm lock make Navtal or Harrison with three keys and including grouting of panel with necessary PCC work including taking down old one complete all as specified. Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar box factory made cubical outdoor type, slopy canopy fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron base frame made of 40x40x6mm, 45cm height, floor mounted duly bolts and nuts grouted, dust and vermine proof, suitable for voltage 415V 3 phase 4 wire weather proof with IP-66 protection, with separate hinge door for each compartment for incoming and out going MCCB etc with locking arrangement, with back door openable (Screwed), legs grouted in PCC complete including painting with two coats of epoxy powder paint over a coat of primer after under going a rigorous metal treatment process involving alkaline degreasing, descaling in dilute sulphuric acid or any other acid and phosphate and with copper busbar (TPN), suitable double compression copper cable glands including taking down old one complete in all respect for bay work station and including provn of the following:-

Material & Labour for earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. M&L scrapping old worn out paint from complete indoor/outdoor panels and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (incl front door in side and indl compartment outer side etc also) over a coat of primer and spray painting complete including fixing sticker danger sign board suitable for LT panel board all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for shifting of LT panel of any size with all accessories and fixing it to other location as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site, connecting cable connection with connecting accessories, incl foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 all as specified and directed.

M&L for straight through joint, heat shrinkable tubular type of size 25 to 50 sqmm,3.5 core, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No-29.00 here in before but of sizes, 70 to 120 sqmm, 3.5 core.

Material & Labour for repairs/ Servicing to Existing Feeder panels of any size outdoor type of each panel by taking shut down from appropiate authority including checking loose connections and tight connection and cleaning inside/out side all connection, replacing old/rusted cable glands,thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, repair to broken /hanging doors and cover bolts etc to make it servicable and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge all as directd and specified. Note :- The tenders quoted rate per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of taking out burnt MCCB/Voltmeter/ Ampiermeter/LED lamps of any type and discription etc and refixing the same, which shall be measured and paid as supply only vide relivent items of this schedule. (i) Cleaning inside the panel and all incoming and out going including MCCBs thorouly with help of Vaccum Cleaner. (ii) Checking the loose connections of incoming and out going cable/wire and rectifify the same.
