Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep as in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM),with lime stone, sand stone, Flint or quartzite coarse aggregate of sand stone of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size),spread,rolled and consolidated with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

Ditto all as per item No 05 above but except materials complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness ) WBM in two layers, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size ) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size ) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour fo repair to pot holes not exceeding 1 sqm area including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in road,path etc cutting around edges at least 30mm in depth & making good by filling in ,screened and graded road metal,watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm of VG-30 ,Grade paving bituminous binder,complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces of newly WBM surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 at the rate of 10 kg / 10 sqm over WBM surfaces and applying premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dence Concrete using 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed. (Note: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shell be done by using mechanical paver only)

Preparing the black top surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clear the surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG- 30 at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm of road surface by using paving bitumen binder complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

M& L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in road side kerb including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all qoins arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggraegate as in foundation ,mass concrete and filling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using modular bricks. complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 16 above but except brick and serviceable bricks obtained from item No 13 above complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B 1 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs, mud stop, steps, coping, small sump and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered on the edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C 2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in suface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for moorum / Red bajri filling in floors or pavings road side berms, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m distance and depositing where directed at alevel n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point . complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on wall of brick work or concrete surface, finished trowelled to even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for marking lines,dashes,arrows,letter etc 15 CM wide on bituminous surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sing glass beads@ 250 gms per sqm area conferming to MOST & BIS specification ,of thickness 2.5-3 .0 mm thick of white/golden/yellow as approved colour/shade and applied with machine as per manufactures instruction including preparation of surface ie cleaning of surface by removing all dust ,dirt,oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair CAT Eyes as (Road Stud) 120mm x 90 mm size made of poly carbonate moulded body with electro nically welded prismatic retro range on both sides of maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with bituminous adhesive BT-69 including removal of existing cat eyes of any description complete all as specified and directed. (Make - 3M/Sun Eyes/Dark Eye)
