Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing Tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ taking down existing hessain base felt or clay tiles or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof/ chajja including cement plaster, cleaning the surface and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 1.50 km but not exc 5 km to outside the MD land and laying water proofing membrane treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membranes, weighing not less than 4.00kg/sqm laid over a coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.40 kg/sqm by torching the membrane and sealing the overlap by 100mm length side and 150mm width side all as per manufacturer's instructions including joints and changes in direction be curved with 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 2.00ml/bag of cement, curved well before laying of membrane, including applying two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre/sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Irrespective of lap, the net covered area will only be measured for payment. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of bituminous primer, APP membrane, solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint and SBR latex.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) on concrete surface over top of RCC roof using waterproofing compound as per manufacture instruction finished even and fair using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof and top of chajja, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone /PCC block /brick wall / top of chajja etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris to outside of INS Mandovi Area including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, priming the surface with alkali resistant priming paint, applying 1mm thick wall care putty and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm (10+5) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of height upto 10 mtrs in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers i.e first layer 10 mm thick and 5mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction and finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measued and paid separately.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls (wall facia cornices etc) by applying ready mix Birlawhite white cement based wall care putty (where required) and applying two coats of anti-fungal acrylic emulsion exterior paint over a coat of acrylic primer of approved shade as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chipping, removing carefully concrete work using low impact hammer, breaking without damaging the structure, cleaning and disposing debris outside the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

M & L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free of loose material, rust spalls, dirt etc, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT, confirming to ASTM-B-117, on rebars, with time interval of 6 hour between each coat) and applying protective coating of IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of whitewash complete all as specified and directed.

Suppy only intergral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorative wall surfaces, ceiling cornices etc by brooming, scrapping down dust particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc, making the surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where required and applying one coat of anti-fungal acrylic emulsion exterior paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc in Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
