Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring (light, fan, socket, powerpoint) including batten, conduit and fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, sockets, brackets, light fittings, switch board etc, making good distrubed surfaces of wall, floar, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for point wiring for one light / fan / bell point with 1.5 sqmm cable PVC unsheathed and insulated copper multistranded conductor (FRLS) 1100 Volts grade cable (red colour cable to be used for live connection and black colour cable to be used for neutral connection) controlled by one way switch drown through and including PVC casing capping with all accessories including 1.5 sqmm copper multistrand conductor (FRLS) 1100 Volts grade unsheathed PVC insulated (green colour) continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly and sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25 mm thick for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator with 3 mm thick hylum laminated sheet cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : Two run of 6.00 Sqmm cable one run of 6.00 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.)

Note : Two run of 10.00 Sqmm cable one run of 10.00 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.)

Taking down carefully ceiling fan/exhaust fan/ wall mounted fan of any size from existing location and carrying out cleaning & servicing including replacement ball bearing and Re-winding painting with synthetic enamel paint by spraying, greasing and heat warnishing and refixing the same in same location/new location and connecting up and including provision of twisted three core PVC insulated flexible cord of 0.75 Sqmm copper conductor of required length from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully Gysers of capacity 25 Ltr from existing location and carrying out cleaning of inner tank with descaling compound repairing including changing of u/s components (excluding heating element thermostate), including painting with synthetic enamel paint by spraying,and re fixing the same in same location/new location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only PVC flexible connecting pipe for cold/hot water 450mm ling with brass end plug complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed.
