Supply and fixing for High galvanized mast light 20 meter height suitable for 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear including motorised system including motorized system and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , laying and testing in repair for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles and walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs complete of size 25 Sqmm nominal cross section 4 core complete all as specfied and directed.

Excavation of soft/loose soil in trenches not exc 1.5 meter wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundationetc or for manholes, laying of pipe in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring/auguring (upto 6mtr span) suitable hole and insertion of 40/80 mm dia GI pipe not less than 600mm below existing PCC/Road/hard standing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: GI pipe will be paid in saperate item

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables in repairs complete.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as direted.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia fixed by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanished iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 03 and other end connected to the test point including 40 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe and watering pipe 20 mm dia med grade with funnel and wire mesh including necessary earth work, PCC earth pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with precast RCC pit cover 80 mm thick etc complete all as directed and specified.
