Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing barbed wire/concertina coil/any mesh etc, any type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes hard and dense soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations and filling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete for foundation filling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe 410W (Grade E- 250 ) Quality A, including for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified for curved roof all as specified and as directed

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel/iron/CGI sheets surfaces of any description,over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete solid Block masonry in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 20mm graded stone agg exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC nominal mix of concrete for Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over/under, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L formwork to sides of concrete pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns ( if any) with rough finish complete all as specified

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on imternal surface of concrete or block masonry surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Anti fungal weather proof paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-chrage.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1, Plain cement concrete using 20mm graded aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, copings, bed plates, cills, steps: seismic and other similar bands, plinth course, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-chrage.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of masonry / stone walls, etc. in CM (1:3) 25mm thick, broken glass catered @10kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 610 mm concertina coil fencing with Zinc coating and 9 line RBT, 125 to 127 clips per coil + 50 circles of wire in 1 coil + coil coverage of 6-8 RM and weight of coil Appx 8.5 Kg per coil including GI wire, GI J clip, GI pin, etc and special nut and bolts to hold two coils together and extra rows parallel wire of 10gauge complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and including provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed
