ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELVES Taking out the following old unserviceable components of Almirah large steel with shelves (Drg No FD-67 & FD-1031) and S & F of new components in replacement as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and as shown on drawing or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old paint, de-rusting, filling putty, denting and spray painting with two coat of olive green paint (First quality for furniture) inside and outside of Almirah large steel with shelves (approx overall size of almirah 1985 mm x 920 mm x 485 mm) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Repair of loose doors by replacing unsv existing hinges, fittings (Nut & Bolts, Steel Screw/ Revits) and adjustments for smooth functioning as specified or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable CP handles with new one of Almirah large steel with shelves as shown on drawing.

Replacement of unserviceable locks with new one with duplicate keys as per sample of Almirah large steel with shelves (make -Godrej or Link or as approved by AGE (I) Zakhama.

Replacement of unserviceable shelves of Almirah large steel with new one made out of 18G sheet and fixing with clips and nut, bolts and screws complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable legs of Almirah large steel with new one made out of 18G sheet as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown of drg.

LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL (FD- 1029)

Removing of old paint, de-rusting, filling putty, denting and spray painting with one coat of olive green paint (First quality for furniture) inside and outside of Locker Bed side steel with shelves (approx overall size of Locker Bed side steel 1100 mm x 760 mm x 600 mm) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable CP handle with new one of Locker Bed side steel as shown on drg.

New steel hanging rod 20 mm dia CP Conduite pipe of wall thickness not less than 1.25 mm.

New steel sockets 25 mm dia chromium plated fixing with steel screws.

Replacement of unserviceable old door with new door leaf made out of 18G sheet of Locker Bed side steel with shelves complete all as directed and as shown on drg.

New steel Hasp & Staples 75 mm CP fixed with revits to the door shutters as specified

Replacement of unserviceable legs of Locker Bed side steel with new one made out of 18G sheet as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown of drg.

New steel tower bolts 75 mm welded to shutter as specified.

ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL WITH SHELVES Taking out the following old unserviceable components of Almirah medium steel with shelves (Drg No FD-1032) and S & F of new components in replacement as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and as shown on drawing or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old paint, de-rusting, filing putty, denting and spray painting with one coat of olive green paint (First quality for furniture) inside and outside of Almirah medium steel with shelves (approx overall size of almirah 1270 mm x 765 mm x 440 mm) complete all as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable old door with new door leaf made out of 18G sheet of Almirah medium steel with shelves complete all as shown on drg or as directed by the AGE (I) Zakhama.

Replacement of unserviceable CP handles with new one of Almirah medium steel with shelves as shown on drawing.

Replacement of unserviceable locks with new one with duplicate keys as per sample of Almirah medium steel with shelves (make -Godrej or Link or as approved by AGE (I) ) Zakhama.

Replacement of unserviceable shelves of Almirah medium steel with new one made out of 18G sheet and fixing with clips and nut, bolts and screws complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable legs of Almirah medium steel with new one made out of 18G sheet as shown of drg or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL WITH DRAWER

M & L for de-rusting, denting scrapping, filling with putty including preparation ofold painted steel surfaces of Table Office clerk steel with drawers (FD-1004) and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint OG internally and externally by spraygun complete all as specified or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of new top made out of 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side teak face duly provided 4 mm thick teak wood beading around the top duly polished with two coats of french polish. (Make : Bhutan Board/ Novapan/ Archid)

S & F of new GI locks 4 levers with duplicate keys. Make : Godrej/ Novex/ Link/ Priya.

M & L for repairing of drawers by replacement of MS channel providing welding & denting complete as shown on drg or as directed by the AGE (I) Zakhama.

S & F of new hard rubber shoes for legs

TABLE CENTRE (FD- 235)

Removing existing unserviceable tops from Table Centre and supply fixing with new top made out of pre-laminated particle board 18 mm thick, teak face on one side and 4 mm thick 2nd class hard wood beading provided around the top as per existing shape including polishing of visible surfaces complete and size all as specified and shown on drawing.

SOFA SET SINGLE SEATER (FD- 281)

Repair/ replacement of existing unserviceable components & Tapestry cloth and cushions from Sofa set single seater and supply & fixing of the same as per existing shape and size all as specified or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All wooden surfaces exposed will be well polished with french polish.

SOFA SET 3 SEATER SPECIAL (TP) (FD- 281)

Repair/ replacement of existing unserviceable Rexine/ Tapestry cloth and cushions from Sofa set 3 seater and supply & fixing of the same as per existing shape and size all as specified or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All wooden surfaces exposed will be well polished with french polish.

REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLYWOOD TOP (FD- 220)

Removing existing unserviceable plywood top from charpoy GI Pipe with plywood top & S & F of BWR Commercial plywood (Make - Bhutan/ Green ply) fixed with flat head nut bolt with washer (Total - 10 Nos per charpoy) including drilling holes in ply and steel frame size 60 cm long x 5 mm dia including tightening of charpoy complete all as specified and shown on drg or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing existing unserviceable long rails from Charpoy GI Pipe with plywood top and supply and fixing with new long rails made out of GI pipe of 32 mm dia, medium grade, conforming to IS-1239-1979 as per existing shape and size and making threads on both ends complete as specified and shown on drg

Fixing only short rails (Converted from retrieved long rails) of Charpoy GI Pipe with plywood top including necessary cutting, threading as per existing shape and size etc and removing damaged short rails complete all as directed and shown on drg (Note : GI Pipe retrieved from item No 4(b) shall be re-used)

Fixing only legs (Converted from retrieved short/ long rails) of Charpoy GI Pipe with plywood top made out of 32 mm dia GI Pipe with necessary cutting, threading etc and applying two coats of black paints over a coat of red oxide primer including taking out old one complete all as directed and shown on drg (Note : GI pipe retrieved from item No 4(b) & 4(c) shall be re-used)

Removing existing unserviceable GI elbow from Charpoy GI pipe with plywood top and supply and fixing new three way GI elbow 32 mm dia medium grade ISI mark in the existing position complete all as directed and shown on drg.

Removing existing unserviceable check nuts from Charpoy GI pipe with plywood top and supply and fixing new check nuts 32 mm dia GI medium grade and fixed in the existing position complete all as directed and shown on drg.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS (FD- 75 (M))

Removing of old paint, de-rusting, and spray painting with two coats of olive green enamel paint (First quality for furniture) outside of Chair CB steel with arms over a coat of red oxide primer. (Approx overall size of Chair CB steel with arms 900 mm high x 535 mm wide x 560 mm deep) and removing existing unserviceable seats & back from Chair CB steel with arms and supply & fixing of new seat & back, rubber shoes, caps and arm rest with nut bolts. Frame of seat & back will be made 2nd class hardwood. Wooden frame should be well painted with black paint (Make : Shalimar/ Asian). All joints should be repair by welding and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS (FD- 273)

Repair/ replacement of existing unserviceable components of Table dining 6 persons and S&F with new top made out of pre-laminated particle board 18 mm thick, teak face on one side and 4 mm thick 2nd class hard wood beading provided around the top as per existing shape including polishing of visible surfaces complete and size all as specified and shown on drawing.

TABLE DINING 8 PERSONS (FD- 273)

Repair/ replacement of existing unserviceable components of Table dining 6 persons and S&F with new top made out of pre-laminated particle board 18 mm thick, teak face on one side and 4 mm thick 2nd class hard wood beading provided around the top as per existing shape including polishing of visible surfaces complete and size all as specified and shown on drawing.

CHAIR DINING FD (FD- 229)

Repair/ replacement of existing unserviceable components of Chair dining and removing of existing unserviceable canes and re-canning the same with new plastic cane 2 mm wide half round, oval type and 0.35 mm thick in white colour and border shall be canned with 3mmwide and 0.4 mm thick, canning should be done seat and back both as per Godrej Pattern complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including polishing of visible surfaces complete and supply and fixing with the following new components all as specified and shown in drawing .

CHAIR EASY FD (FD- 229)

Repair/ replacement of existing unserviceable components of Chair Easy FD and removing of existing unserviceable canes and re-canning the same with new plastic cane 2 mm wide half round, oval type and 0.35 mm thick in white colour and border shall be canned with 3mmwide and 0.4 mm thick, canning should be done seat and back both as per Godrej Pattern complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including polishing of visible surfaces complete and supply and fixing with the following new components all as specified and shown in drawing .

Repair/ replacement of UNSV hand rest and refixing with new hand rest as per existing shape and size duly well polished complete all as specified or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
