Repair / Renovation of damaged Helical Gear box no. 3 with following works:- Dismantling & removing of the gearbox from its foundation after removing the induction motor from it. Removing of the entire gear unit parts pinion wheel, oil pump, bearing, outlet pipe and inlet pipe which carry oil safely. Cleaning of the internal surface of the gear unit by draining out oil completely.
Fabrication & Supply of 1st stage pinion fabricated with metal EN353 / 8620 as per sample.
Fabrication & Supply of 1st stage wheel fabricated with metal EN353 / 8620 as per sample.
Fabrication & Supply of 2nd stage pinion fabricated with metal EN353 / 8620 as per sample.
Fabrication & Supply of 2nd stage wheel fabricated with metal EN353 / 8620 as per sample.
Providing and replacement of CI ball Bearing Housing drive and non drive.
Providing and replacement oil seal as per sample and other hardware and general item as per site requirement.
Providing and replacement of the bearings. Make: SKF/FAG. i) 32310 A - 2 Nos. ii) 32222 A - 2 Nos. iii)32313 A – 2 Nos.
Providing and replacement of oil pump.
Providing and replacement of oil servo 320 (20 Ltrs).
Providing fixing of pin bush type coupling as per sample in terms of shape & size complete in all respect for interconnection of motor with gearbox.
Replacement of packing sheet and required nut bolts.
Assembly of gear box after replacement of above parts, repair of casing/body of gear box as per requirement. Cost also includes items like which are required to put gear box in working order but not taken in proposal. The job also includes fixing of gear box at site and put the same in working order after fixing of motor & making of electric connection.
Painting of gearbox with super enamel paint.
