CONSULTANCY FOR PREPARATION OF ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL DESIGN DRAWINGS INCLUDING SOIL INVESTIGATION, TOPOGRAPHY SURVEY AND ESTIMATION, MARKET ANALYSIS OF BUILDINGS/STRUCTURES FOR PROVISION OF HANGAR AND ASSOCIATED INFRA FOR CGAE AT BAJPE MANGALORE

Consultancy for following services in all respects as specified (A) Preparation and submission of detailed Architectural drawings of the buildings with following requirement ( The list of building alongwith aprox plinth area is attached as Appendix-A ) (a) Preparation of conceptual Architectural drawings with relevant details like plans, elevations, sections etc. based on data attached as per approved Board Proceedings/ Approximate Estimate Part I & II and local Architectural Norms/ Bye-Laws. The conceptual drawings shall be submitted in duplicate hard copies for approval of Director (Arch) of HQ CE (CG) Goa. (b) After approval of conceptual drawings, final Architectural drawings shall be prepared including Schedule of Finishes, Internal Water Supply and Internal Electrification drawings, Internal fire fighting incorporating required changes/ modifications as suggested by this HQ . The final drawings shall be got approved from Director (Arch) of HQ CE (CG) Goa. Final Architectural drawings to be submitted to this HQ in hard copy (on Tracing sheets) and soft copy in CD, duly signed by an Authorized Architect with CA number. Further 10 sets in total of hard prints of final approved Architectural drawings as pe scale of drawing specified shall be provided and rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of same. (c) One set of Auto CAD drawings alongwith scanned copy of all final drawings in PDF format in 02 nomber CD's shall be provided. (d) 3D-Rendered image/ view shall be submitted to E-6 section The Arch drawing shall be submitted as per following scale; i) Architectural Workings drawings like all the Floor plans, Elevations and Sections are to be in 1:100 scale. ii) Toilet, Kitchen and Stair details will be in 1:25 Scale. iii) Other necessary details will be in convenient Scale. iv) Site plan prepared be at 1:1000 or suitable scale.

(B) Soil Investigation: (I) Making necessary arrangement for Mobilisation and de-mobilisation of equipment, tools & plants, personnel..etc required for soil investigation and their removal after satisfactory completion of work in land including slushy areas. (II) Making 150mm dia or NX size dia bore in any type of soil/ SDR strata upto 10m depth and collecting/ conducting SPT at the depth of 1.5m, 2.0m, 3.0m, 4.5m, 6.0m, 7.5m, 9.0m, 10.0m at following location: (a) Hangar & Annex Building location - 10 nos (b) Disparsal area location - 8 nos (III) Carrying out various laboratory test of samples at alternate depth as per IS:2132-1988 and report shall include following details: (a) Grain size analysis, identification & classification of soil. (b) Atherberg’s limit (iii) Field moisture content (c) Bulk density (d) Specific gravity (e) Free swell index (vii) Shear parameters (C-Phi analysis) (f) Chemical analysis of soil and water (g) K-value as directed (h) Collecting the rock samples and conducting following tests (i) Bulk Density (ii) Water absorption (iii) Compressive strength (j) Photographic records of Geo-Exploration as well as submission of test report (IV) Mobilisation and de-mobilisation of equipment, tools & plants, personnel..etc for carrying out K- value test as per IS :9214-1979 and submission of report (03 copies) duly vetted giving site plan of test points (duly marked on plan and their distances from adjecent prominent reference point) at Hangar & Dispersal location - 13 Nos

(C) Topographical Survey: Topographical survey shall be carried out by consultant for planning/ designing of sewage line, area drains, compound wall, dispersal, taxi track, links, rain water harvesting scheme in consultation with GE for an area of approx 4.2 Acre spread (i) Survey of site earmarked for the work listed shall be carried by the latest Total station survey equipment and plans shall be showing spot level at 5.0m grid and 5.0m contour intervals af area. (ii) Site plan shall show all boundries with adjoining properties, important objects, access roads/ paths, water ways, runway important land marks, trees with mote than 1.0m girth as well as accurate dimension of side and diognals. (iii) The survey shall also include establishment of control point, permanent bench marks at location of each building/ facilities and temporary bench marks with respect to these permanent bench marks and along the alignment of roads, external services, fencing..etc (iv) The details of any overhead electric transmission lines, telephone lines, water pumps, sewage line, drains (open or closed), nullahs, service lines, UG Cables..etc that may be passing through or near the site with exact locationshould be shown on site plan. (v) Prepartion of Master plan of area with original ground levels on the MAP including contouring, site levelling etc as directed by AGE (I).

(D) Preparation and submission of detailed Structural design and comprehensive structural drawings of the buildings/ Structures given in Appendix-A. The structural drawings shall contain following details: (i) Foundation details rafts/ footings, pedestal with reinforcement details (ii) Column details with steel reinforcement (III) Plinth beams alongwith reinforcement details (iv) Staircase, liftwell, Tie beams, lintels, chejjas...etc with reinforcement details (v) Floor beams and floor slab with reinforcement details (vi) Roof/ Mumpty floor/ over head water tank with reinforcement details (vii) Any other details as per Arch drawings NOTE: (a) The drawings shall be prepared based on structural analysis and sound Engineering practice as per IS 875, IS 457-2000, IS 1893-2016, IS 13920 and other relavant/ applicable code as on date. (b) The structural design/ drawings shall be got vetted from any IIT/ NIT/ Govt Engineering college and submitted to this HQ in 10 (Ten) set of hard copy and one set in soft copy and one set on Tracing sheet (c) Consultancy agency shall also provide required assistance, clarifcations, amendment during execution of work or as and when required by HQ (d) The drawings shall be designed in STAAD Pro model. (E) Preparation and submission of detailed estimate, abstract, Yardstick and Market analysis for all buildings/ structures as given in Appendix-A based on MES SSR 2020
