Design construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 10.00 MLD STP based on Sequential Batch Reactor technology complete in all respects including suitable Equalization tank, Equalization Pump House, Flash mixing tank, Flocculation Basins, Tube settler, SBR Basins, Fibre Disc Filter, Chlorination cum Chlorine Tonner House, Chlorine Contact Tank, RCC pipe Gravity main for disposal of treated effluent upto existing effluent channel , Primary sludge sump, Sludge Pump house, Belt Filter Press and Belt filter house, Centrifuge Feed Sump, Centrifuge House, SBR Air blower cum Administration cum Control building, DWPE Dosing tank for Belt Press, DWPE Dosing tank for centrifuge, NAOH Dosing Tank, PAC Dosing tank, Fecl3 Dosing Tank, Centrate Sump, Landscaping, and all other works contingent Electrical, Mechanical and Piping instrumentation works with PLC SCADA arrangement for STP and Equalization tank along with synchronizing it with each other including all mechanical and Electrical equipment / Machinery required, Diesel Generating Set of designed capacity and Transformer, Electromagnetic flow measurement device on Inlet and Outlet real time water quality monitoring with Data collection system (Analyzer) with PLC SCADA including Furniture and Laboratory equipment as per detail annexed in the Bid Document i) Construction of HT / LT Panel room, PLC room, Centrifuge house, blower room and Lab cum office building of 200 Sqm covered area including doors window and fitting with toilet block including sanitary fittings etc. as per drawing attached in DNIT at MPS and STP site covered area with RCC framed structure of brick work vitrified glazed tiles flooring, powder coated aluminum frame of size 100mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for chowkhat frame, 75mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for door frame , 45mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for window frame, 5mm thick glass AIS / Saint Gobin/ Modi Float, covered area 200 sqm i) CCTV CAMERA Providing and installing 6 CCTV Cameras - 4 Cameras for STP and 2 Camera for MPS complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer - in - charge along with 90 days recording (DVR), 32 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP site and 8 Channel DVR at MPS site with connectors cables, poles and power supply with online real time output facility. The cameras at both the sites i.e MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site. At STP and MPS Site 1 No. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50x zoom camera 3 no. 12mm lens size 1 no. 36mm size Make - CP Plus Internet protocol minimum 5 MP WDR, Night vision colour mode 2.4.2 12mm very focal with extra IR CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting execution of work including operation and Maintenance of 5 years after 12 months defect liability period and 3 months trail run period. iii) (2 No. High Mast of 3 mtr GI Octagonal Poe 4mm thickness (T=100mm, Base Plate - 320 x 320 x 20mm ), Window at 500mm from Base Plate with 6 no. LED energy outdoor suitable size reputed make efficient lamps on each pole, including 20 no. LED outdoor lights with GI poles 12.50 Mtr high including all accessories along the road and path complete in all respect.

Diversion of flow with the help of Diesel / Electric Driven Pump set including all Tool and plants for replacement of 1100 mm RCC pipe sewer line complete in all respects as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Plugging / De-plugging of various sizes of sewer line as per site conditions for replacement of 1100 mm RCC pipe sewer line complete in all respects as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, lowering in trenches to correct gradient all alignments, jointing with tyton rubber joint and cutting of RCC S/S pipes having inside HDPE lining, ISI marked as per ISI code IS:458-2003 into trenches for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment, gradients, levels etc. cutting of concrete beds and joints holes, supporting the pipes and specials in correct position in a suitable rigid manner while the same are being jointed and until the surrounding benching, haunches and envelopes are completed. The pipes shall rest on the beds at all joints through their lengths and to ensure this, testing the pipes for leakage and making good the same leakage and all defects to all entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including all cartage etc. complete in all respects. Construction of MPS for 10.00 MLD with peak factor 2.50 in the vicinity of existing 20.00 MLD STP at Kelnia road, Sirsa. Design construction, erection, testing and commissioning of proposed MPS of 25.00 MLD for 10.00 MLD STP in the vicinity of existing 20.00 MLD STP at Kelnia road, Sirsa and following components i. i) RCC Inlet chamber, Screen Chamber, rectangular collecting tank suitable for 10.00 MLD with peak factor of 2.50 landscaping of campus, Providing and installing of 5 Nos. pumping sets 1 No. of 2.50 DWF of 17500 LPM, 2 Nos. of 1 DWF of 7000 LPM and 2 No. of Half DWF of 3500 LPM with 30 mtr Head each with Variable Frequency Drive as per specification of suitable size, LT panel equipped with all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank and submersible cable from LT panel to pump sets complete in all respect. K-9 DI pipe of suitable size pipe dia at MPS including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked DI fittings, sluice valves, Non return valves as per requirement and for a Bye pass arrangement complete in all respects. 3 No. CI gear operated sluice gates with S/S spindle (SS410) and seats (SS-304) (2 No. i.e 1 No. Mechanical and 1 No. Manual screen and 2 No. for partition of Collecting tank as per design. Connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction laid at adequate depth between the existing sewer to newly constructed structure is included in the scope of work. All the infrastructure including Construction of Pump chamber of size 9.14x4.57 m and Pathway / Roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of Lump sum job. All the pumping machinery, Panel board, Level sensor etc. shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC Panel set at MPS site through broad band internet facility complete in all respects.

Operation and maintenance of the complete scope of work required to be executed in this DNIT i.e 10.00 MLD STP, MPS, Flow metrs, analyzers including manpower, all chemical, chlorine polymer etc and all electrical, mechanical, horticulture and civil structures for 3 months successful trail run period, one year defect liability period and five year thereafter on the commissioning of scheme and plant (cost of the O and M will be kept minimum 20% of estimated cost of work).
