Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of walls Floor finish & dadooing walls in cement mortar with Mosaic Tiles / Glazed Tiles / Clay Tiles / Cuddapah Slabs One Course of Pressed Tile Roof finish in cement mortar

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth etc., ordinary soil complete

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M.Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supply and errecting for centering including cost and conveyance and labour charges with materials charges with MS sheet completed..

Supply and Fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for placing in position etc,..completed..

RCC 1:1.5:3 Mix (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

providing for setting bench all cost conveyance charges including all cost and convienace and labour charges asper standard spcification asper directed by the departmental officers and issued instruction time to time at site etc., completed

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thickand steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of steel Tubular section of size 100x100x2.5mm including cutting the angle to the required length drilling holes wherever necessary for fixing the pipe purlins, rafters and fixing the post and truss etc., complete.

For Electrical works a. To be fixed new Philips LED 22 watts Tube lights for Bathroom, Waiting hall, Office room, Motor Room with all Electrical Wiring, (2sq.mm x 90 mtr.) switches and boxes b. 4 Numbers of 200 Watts LED Focus light and Cables, fittings for Swimming pool (2”GI pipe x 14kg thick & fittings, 2 sq.mm cables (90 Mtr. 2 coils) , 16 A breaker 4 Nos. and fitting box) 2t foundation work c. Panel Board Wooden cupboard with labour charges d. Long Bell with Switch and cables e. and labour charges for Electrical, Welding and fittings including all cost and convienace and labour charges asper standard spcification asper directed by the departmental officers and issued instruction time to time at site etc., completed

For Concrete slabs and Manhole cover works a. Ladies and Gents bathroom tiles, b. Bathroom Doors, ( UPVC) c. 25 Numbers of Concrete slabs, d. 6 Numbers of Manhole cover, e. Kadappa Stone 100 Sq.ft., with 2 inch thick f. Fire Bricks one load, g. ¾ Jelly, M sand, Cement, White Cement, Dr. Fixt, h. Water Proof Chemicals (Damp shield from Surfa coats paints) i. and labour charges including all cost and convienace and labour charges asper standard spcification asper directed by the departmental officers and issued instruction time to time at site etc., completed

GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction & Maintenance Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount (Both Construction and Maintenance) above this row in column "BB" for all works in this package} (Refer Clause 13.2 & 13.3 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
