Dismantling existing deteriorated barbed wire in fencing incl making rolls and stacking within 50 mtrs lead.

Supply & fixing of chain link fabric fence of mesh size 50 x 50 mm incl strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts, and washers as reqd complete made of GI wire of dia 4 mm

Providing GI barbed wire fencing with angle iron post at reqd distance embedded in PCC column and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires of barbed wire of weighing 9.38 kg/100m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with GI staples, turn buckles etc complete.

Supplying at site angle iron post of required size incl bottom to be split at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10mm dia etc as reqd complete.

Providing & fixing flat iron support for chain link for strengthening using FI 40x6mm fitted and fixed with necy nuts & bolts etc complete.

Applying one or more coats of syn enamel paint of approved brand or approved manufacturer on new steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer

(b) Internal electrification wk Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group A

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC recessed steel conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm X 100mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A socket outlet and 15/16 A piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing brass batten/ angle holder including connection etc. as required

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

(c) Internal water supply & sanitary fittings Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests

(ii) RRM Retaining Wall Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggr 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggr 20 mm nominal size)

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) raised and cut pointing

Supplying and stacking of hard stone (for stone pitching) 22.5 cm thick at site.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work

SCHEDULE `A' PART-III (02 Nos Elevated Sentry Post for TOB Rangran)

(a) Bldg Wk Construction of Doiuble storey Sentry post of size 2.50m x2.50m incl internal services all as per Drg No NLR(N)/Engr/2175 Sht No 1/2 & 2/2 and specifications (02 Nos blocks)

(b) PCC Foot path Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m disposal soil to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Supplying and laying stone aggregate of 90 to 45 mm size of WBM with moroum as binding material including 13.2mm size stone screening sorting, watering spreading to template, compacting stone aggregate in uniformed thickness and consolodiation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity in two layer with proper gradient and camber etc complete(150mm thick )

Providing and laying of position cement concrete of specified grade excliding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) all work upto plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.
