Clearing jungle including up rooting of rank vegetation grass bush wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 m above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 mt. outside the periphery of the area cleared. (if however only grass is met with the area will be measured and paid for under item 4001).

Cleaning of Terrace Slab of Building by removing vegetation, bushes etc including scrubbing of terrace , removing of unwanted materials & stacking within 50 mtrs lead cleaning with water etc complete.

Trimming of bushes leaning over the roof with necessarry scaffolding work all tools,cutters, ropes including stacking the wood within 50 Mtrs lead.

Cleaning of existing Watertanks 500/1000/2000 lit capacity with detergents, removal of dust, dirt etc complete.

Cleaning of sewage chambers including removing the dry/wet sludge from the chamber and testing of the pipeline for free flow of sewage etc. Complete

Cleaning of Drains/Gutter by dismanteling the existing Precast RCC Slabs at every 5 Mtrs including removal of Mud, Leaves etc, Refixing the RCC slab including disposal rubbish upto 50 Mtrs lead.

Waterproofing of sunken slabs toilet blocks terraces on slabs under brickbats roofs watertanks. Cleaning the surface and filling cracks (if any) applying EPCO ACR wherever necessary Providing and Moistening the surface with water to render it saturated. Mix Cement and Monobond WF in the ratio of 1.25 kg to 1 by weight and stir continuously. Apply minimum 2 coats with an interval of 12 hours minimum between the coats. Fix fiber mesh while the first coat is still tacky. Cure with sprinkling of water 3-4 times a day. incl. cost of scaffolding transport etc. as per dir of EIC. All the chemicals will be of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. or Equivalent

Constructing brick masonry manhole or inspection chamber with second class bricks in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement :5 fine sand) R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement: 2 coarse sand ;4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size foundation concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement ;2 coarse sand :4 graded stone agrregate 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cemetn and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) neatly finished complete as per standard design.;Inside size 60 x 60cm and 60cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610mm internal diameter total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg. (weight of cover 23 kg).
