Civil work inclusive of RCC Tanks for ST Plant, Brick work for Plant Room and Boundary Wall (122 Mtr. Length 1.5 high & .23 cm thick), Paver Block on external and internal peripheral road/ walkway in STP Campus, MS Components for storage of Chlorinator, Filter Press, Air Blower, Ultra filteration, Horticulture, Land Scaping, lighting (external & internal), Hydrant System for irrigation, Main gate with grills (2' high) on Boundary wall (RCC Column & beams in Boundary wall) Toilets & drinking water arrangement for staff, office room, laboratory, including finishing work complete in all respect of ST plant campus.

Electrical inclusive of Counduits, Panel, PLC Based SCADA System, Wiring, Cables, Fittings, Fixtures, etc.

Mechanical inclusive of Pumps, Motors, Valves, Meters, Guages, Screens, DG Set, Blowers, Piping, Filters, Chlorinator, Grid networks, Other accessories, etc.

Operation and comprehensive Mtc. Charges for Ten years after the completion of trial run of 03 Months followed by defect liability period of 01 Year.
