Excavation in foundation trenches trenches etc. in earth work stacking the excavated soil clear from edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers where required on the plinth and sides of foundation etc. consolidating and deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all surplus excavated earth pick jumper work including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

P/l cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement :6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of center ing and shuttering in : foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing woodwork in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position made of Sal wood including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in :- Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) Second Class Bricks including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings,slab, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. in depth in all heights from floor Including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Beam , Slab , Lintel including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing glass strips in floors 40 mm wide and 6 mm thick including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing Tor/TMT steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required patterns in M.S. frames of windows etc. with M.S. Flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws / Welding Plain grill including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws for 30mm 1st class chill wood including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing flush door shutters interior grade, commercial type, core of black-board construction with frame of first class hard wood and well matched commercial ply veneering with vertical grains of cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 30 mm thick including black enamelled M.S. butt hinges including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

P/L Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement. 40mm thick including curing complete and carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
